My experience was great as usual. I was there for about an hour or so but i was getting a lot on my car so I didn't mind the wait and Cesar was great from beginning to end.

They did their job however they will send you the recommendation services via phone while you're in their lobby before you respond or time to check the assume you don't want the recommended service and they will bring you the car to take.

Took a week to even look at car I bought there.
Took a week to even look at car I bought there. Charged over a thousand for on ignition coil which didn't fix the problem. Took to a real mechanic and he replaced 6 coils and plus for 200....also they won't answer the phone when you call and have a couple different systems to navigate. Also they won't use the correct oil, as specified by Nissan. They refused to use the correct oil. Will never be back.

I had the worst experience ever at this dealership's
I had the worst experience ever at this dealership's service department. They had my car for an entire month while completing an engine and catalytic converter replacement. The communication was horrendous, and the service advisor seemed more focused on the payment which was covered by my insurance company than actually providing updates or ensuring the work was getting done. If it weren't for my dad constantly following up, my car would probably still be sitting there. Absolutely unacceptable!
