Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER!

Jerrid was absolutely easy to deal with! We did a lot of our own research on price, as well as buying tactics and how to get the best deals. Jerrid was able to meet our price point without all of that. I basically gave consumer reports $15 for nothing! This is my 6th new car purchase, but perhaps the only one where I don't have "buyers remorse". Even though we came in late in the day, Jerrid stuck with us and got us going in the shortest amount of time possible, and the one thing I appreciate the most, Jerrid did not try to pile on upgrades! That's usually the worst part!

Clean and pleasant

This was my fifth car that I bought from Trophy Nissan.Their service is excellent in my opinion . I will continue to buy from Trophy.

Dirty service

Dropped my car off overnight for service the next day. Nobody bothered to call me the next day to tell me what was going on. I called once and left a message...no return call. Had to call back later after 5 pm, only to find out that the car would not be ready until the following day. When I went to pick it up, I waited for about 15 minutes for them to "pull the car up". I had to go outside to look in the parking lot to discover that it was sitting in the front parking lot all along and they had no ideal where the car was. They left grease all over the floor matt, door, and steering wheel. Not real happy with my experience.

I have purchased both used and new vehicles there.

Over all I give Trophy NIssan the highest mark given for both the vehicles and for the service. This is my third vehicle purchased there and I depend on it to be ready when I am ready to use it and so far I have never been disappointed. Issac is my go-to guy when I need service for the 2012 Sentra. They honor the warranty service I purchased when I bought the vehicle. I have no complaints. The waiting areas are comfortable and they report on the progress of the vehicle in a timely manner. Well trained individuals.

Great buying experience...over and over again!

Anthony was very thorough and knowledgeable!

Anthony took our concerns into consideration and didn't give up until he found the problem with my car. He was great to deal with and kept us updated every step of the way. Awesome experience if your car is sick!!!

Very Bad experience.

They are bad people. They only want you to get a car on loan from them. If you have budget under 10k. Don't go to them. They will not take interest in you. You will be end up with nothing, just wasted time. My husband and me wasted 3 hours with these jerks. And in last they just said, we do not have car under 10k. And I have noticed one thing, All good reviews are written by them self only. You can read their reviews and can judge. Stupid bunch of people.

TROPHY NISSAN IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!!!

I'M SO HAPPY THAT I WENT TO TROPHY NISSAN MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXCELENT SINCE DAY 1. MR KING WAS AWESOME HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL DIDN'T GIVE UP UNTIL WE FOUND THE RIGHT CAR EVEN GAVE US THE FULLY LOADED ONE AT A PRICE/ PAYMENTS WE WHERE COMFORTABLE WITH. THE FEW TIMES WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE THE STAFF HAVE BEEN NICE, FRIENDLY AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE ALL THEIR CUSTOMER'S ARE SATISFIED, NOT TO MENTION YOU STILL GET TREATED WITH THE SAME GREAT SERVICE, NOT LIKE OTHER PLACES THAT ONLY TREAT YOU NICE WHILE YOU BUY THE CAR FROM THEM. 2013 Nissan Rogue :D

I bought my first new car here 13 years ago. It was a 2000 Nissan Sentra. Well, she became old, tired, and worn out. I traded her in this week for a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue. You see, since I bought my Sentra, I have continued to go back to the dealership for ALL repairs. It was because of my service advisor that I kept coming back. He is BEYOND amazing!!!! One person who knew me and my car. When my daughter went back in on Labor Day to look at new vehicles, we dealt with the SAME person who sold me my Sentra 13 years ago and one of his co-workers. BOTH were absolutely amazing!!!! They made a point to include my daughter in the process as well (she's 16 and will getting this vehicle in two years after she graduates). I will continue to go back to this dealership for repairs and probably a third vehicle when she takes this one. EVERYONE there is wonderful. They will slow down and stop if need be to take the time to go through everything and make sure YOU understand it all, whether its purchasing a vehicle or repairing your vehicle.
