Very disappointed in this dealership.

Very disappointed in this dealership. We arrived one evening eager to purchase a vehicle. We were between 2 Acuras before arriving. We arrived, parked in front of the dealership, and walked through the car lot. No one greeted us. We walked into the showroom and no one greeted us. Several workers were behind a counter and never approached us. We entered a glass-walled office of a sales person who was on his computer and asked if he could assist us -- he replied he was "taking a test" online and would be right withminutes. We waited and waited in the showroom, having a snack, sitting in several vehicles. No one else helped us. We finally got frustrated and left without anyone greeting us or following us to our car. Disappointing.... we left and went to another Acura dealership and purchased the Acura car of our dreams. We also visited this dealership while in market for a prior vehicle 2 years ago. Customer service the was sub-par and we walked away, purchasing another vehicle an hour later at another Acura dealership. Very disappointing.

I’ve looked at multiple vehicles online, talked to a few

I’ve looked at multiple vehicles online, talked to a few workers about my situation as to why I’m not currently in state. I’ve told them all when I will be there, as well as the vehicle I was looking for. They have shown me 3 vehicles that matched my description, and sold them all before I arrived. Horrible customer service, wasted time with them.

Denis and James were great in Sales.

Denis and James were great in Sales. I purchased a 2017 MDX and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect. Cisco was great in Service making sure everything was perfect on the car!

I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a new Acura from Park Place Acura, and it was all thanks to Rose and Tony. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked through the door, Rose took the time to truly listen to my needs and understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and made it all feel stress-free. Tony, the manager, also made me feel at ease and was very attentive and knowledgeable without being high-pressure or pushy. It was a fantastic car buying experience that I would recommend to friends and family.
