Great new RAV4
I went to Toyota of Richardson looking for another RAV4. I have bought two RAV4s from Toyota of Richardson before and I came back or third. I met a great salesman who really help me out. His name was Randy Penn and I recommend him to any other buyer. I got a new XLE RAV4 and I've had it for one day now and it's really great. I got the gray color and it looks really neat. I've bought three new cars from Toyota of Richardson so I highly recommend them.

Everyone from service department through finance were friendly, courteous an professional and special thanks to salesman Waheed Kahn. Dexter was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend Toyota of Richardson.

Service Very Good; Appointment Software Sucks
I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Toyota of Richardson and my service advisor there (Brandon Phillips). Trying to make a service appointment on the company website is, however, an exercise in futility and frustration. I’ve tried to make appointments numerous times mostly without luck. Once I thought sure I’d correctly make my appointment. When I arrived, it turned out there was no appointment for me at that time or any other time. My service advisor who has been at TOR since I started going there (2.5 years) is still not included in the application’s list of service advisors. I could go on. Suffice it to say the automated appointment functionality needs to be fixed ... likely replaced. It gives customers a bad impression of an otherwise excellent operation.

Liars and fraud team
Never go to buy used car from here. Their sales team are rude. They don’t now how to treat customer. They are liars. They did fraud with me. Never go with Brain Jonson and his manager Jeff. All are cheaters...their used car price is higher than the KBB value even its hail damage.

Good service after bad reservations.
After 4 calls to make reservations, all of which resulted in a email response with the wrong time or service, called to confirm today's s reservation only to find out that they had no record of it. I was still able to get in and Kevin,my advisor got the car serviced in good time.

My Buying experience
I bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon from here, prior to purchase I was told there is a second key, after purchase I was told no second key and it will cost $185 to purchase a second key. As a courtesy, they could have offered that to me free, but they chose not to. Also the warranty I bought was very bad for the price and by LAW I should be able to get reimbursed for it, but I emailed and texted the finance person regarding this matter with no response. Over all it is sad to see poor customer service at a Toyota dealer. Sanjida Rashid
