We had an amazing experience at Sheehy Ford, Ashland. Lisa Johnson helped us and explained every step of the process, which was long but she made it a pleasure to deal with all the steps. She actually took the time to set my phone to Bluetooth and showed me so many things we can do with our Escape Active. I am even going back for another learning session on Tuesday, 11/25. Tony in credit was very friendly and through with which offer to take and was able to get us signed up for the VIP program. Thanks again Lisa and Tony, you are the best and made us feel like we were family. Blessings, Kathy & Jimmy
