The only reason I'm writing here is to let these guys in...

The only reason I'm writing here is to let these guys in Westway know that there is a price to pay for trying to blackmail customers. I went there with my sister to purchase a Ford Mustang 2020. DJ's assistant, a boy's include Katsu or sth talked to us. We got a blackmail offer with additional $2500+ (10% of total price) extra things in the invoice which we never wanted or asked. And they insist that's required or installed by Ford. Completely lies! In addition, they and their cooperating bank give me an APR rate for financing that is 3 times higher than what I got approved from my own bank. They completely treat me as a idiot, noob and show no respect at all. However, I'm well prepared with enough knowledge to identify these poor tricks and walked away. I was able to nail a competitive offer with other dealer in 1 hour at the same day. With the whole story above I want to make 3 points: 1) the 3.8 rating for Westway means sth, and they deserve it. 2) For anyone wants to do business with these guys you need to be well prepared, check all the sales tricks, financing details and always be prepared to walk away; 3) If you are reading the whole story and still want to do business with them, please don't. COME ON Westway guys, you did make your name here.

Exceedingly great

Great staff. Bought a new max from westway ford and will make future purchases here. If you want a ford I'd recommend westway ford. Professional staff and easy to work with.

Although I brought my car in for its regular service, I felt confident I would get my car back in a reasonable amount of time....and I did.

Plain and Simple

We contacted this dealership after seeing their ad for a 2020 Expedition for $43,783. I verified with the salesman, Matt Munoz that the vehicle would be there for the price as advertised and was told that it would be. After a two hour drive and another hour at the dealership, the price became over $4000 more for add ons. At no time during our conversations were add ons brought up. We were told by Matt and the sales manager that Ford doesn't allow the dealership to put the add ons in the advertised price. I understand that, BUT that should and could have been discussed during our conversations before wasting three hours of our time. Especially when I specifically asked if that vehicle was there for the price given and was told that it was. That is deceitful and dishonest. Plain and simple.

The service was all around excellent. Professional, polite. Listened to my wants and needs. I left a very happy person. I'm glad I went in that store.

Needing to upgrade

Stopped by the dealer on a Sunday only to find out their hours had changed. I was able to confirm that they did have the vehicle in question I was looking for. Came back on Monday and bought my new vehicle. Staff was very helpful and was able to work with me to get what I needed.

Worst dealership

We made a contract then they wanted another contract to use just in case. I did not like a bogus contract and they backed out. Had driven 5 hours and waited 4 hours for it come to this.
