Great dealership to buy a car

The sales staff were all very friendly and our salesman, Linwood Cofield, was professional and helpful in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. This is a great dealership to purchase and maintain a car.

Great customer service

Liked the shuttle that took us home when our car had to be left to be checked out because of the battery light coming on. That's a great service.

Great service and experienced staff

Great customer service. Knowledgeable service agent (Grant) reassured me that he could take care of most of my older car's needs (Acura) without driving out of town to Acura dealer.

Great service

The situation we had with our 2011 Chevy Impala actually began several months ago, prior to the 36k warranty expiration. We took the vehicle in, and they "repaired" it. However, now this same problem recurred, and with it being the same situation as it was months ago, the warranty covered this charge as well....THANKFUL for this.

Quality Service

Friendly advisor, helpful, accommodating. Maintenance workmanship has always been good at Davenport. That is the one thing that I have trouble with, incompetent mechanics / tecnhicians. Your guys have been good.

Amazing, You wont believe this!!!

I found the used vehicle I was looking for by viewing cars.com. The vehicle was of a color and condition with mileage which was advertised and was quite rare for a used vehicle. The advertised price was a bit more than I could afford. I made a 200 mile from home to the Dealership where I met the sales agent Mark and the business manager. After looking at the vehicle I decided it was exactly what I was looking for and their price was fair but I still couldn't afford it and decided the trip was for nothing except a learning trip for buying experience. The vehicle was exactly in condition as advertised with a couple minor flaws which Mark quickly made sure I was aware of and the fact that Davenport Auto would take care of the issues even if it mean them driving the 200 miles to my home, back to the Dealership, deliver it back to my home and then drive a loner they would leave me back to the Dealership. Oh my gosh!!! Have you ever heard of such a thing???? I was sold on them but still couldn't afford the vehicle. The sales manager and Mark got together numerous times racking their heads and looking for opportunities to save me money. Finally the figures got really close when they asked about the financing I had lined up and were able to beat my 'great' financing by .6!!!!! We made the deal...They seemed to want me personally to have the vehicle as bad as I wanted it!!! I could say a lot more about the experience, state numerous other facts which describe their quality throughout the whole experience. The main thing personally was the fact I have four children and my wife. I have incurable cancer. I needed a vehicle like this one to suit our purpose. They made it happen, one less worry in my life. Faith and friends help me make it....these are friends now!!!!
