The dealership was professional in all ways.

The dealership was professional in all ways. From the representative all the way to the finance manager. Very informative and very helpful with the cars as well of knowledge of the types of car's at the dealership.

We love the great people at Davenport.

We love the great people at Davenport. We have dealt directly with Matt and Elgin on several occasions and we always leave satisfied. Great people! Honest and fair. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and arrived 5 minutes

I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and arrived 5 minutes prior to that, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the service manager to conclude a phone call. The other service tech told me I could go to the waiting area. My car sat until 3:36 before even going for service. This was a routine oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready at 4:45. One hour & 45 minutes WITH an appointment seems extreme. No one ever came to update or apologize for the delay.

DAVENPORT Honda is a very professional business. They have wonderful staff, especially Craig in service. They are very respectful and give you the best of the best.

Customer service is the best.

Customer service is the best. Friendly and so helpful. Explained everything to me so I understood since my husband has dementia I am learning more about cars than I really wanted to. Definitely consider them for your next car purchase and you will understand what I am talking about with the service department

They are wonderful and always so helpful.

They are wonderful and always so helpful. They understand my husband’s dementia and make sure they talk with me about what services need to be done. They make sure you feel comfortable and safe knowing things are done in a professional way

Salesman Gene Langley listened to me, heard me and got me in the exact vehicle I needed & wanted. I absolutely LOVE my Honda HRV. It’s better than my last two luxury vehicles! Angelo Phillips is tops too as finance director!
