Only issue I had was the dealership included more than the GAP insurance I was comfortable paying for. I did submit a warranty removal form. Waiting to hear back on it.

Robert worked our daughter, as they test drove RAV 4 and
Robert worked our daughter, as they test drove RAV 4 and Highlanders. We really wanted the blind spot on the car. He looked up the years we should be looking for. He kept in touch with us as we were waiting. The on Halloween, the 3 of us went and saw Robert. Needless to say, she and her dad decided on a new RAV 4, it fit her back really nice. Then husband kept looking at the Highlanders, then on 11/11 the had a pretty red hybrid, we were waiting for the blue one. Test drove the car, drove to the one daughters house, she liked it. (we were waiting till January to buy a car). we did purchase the Highlander. Robert backed up the Avalon to the Highlander and transferred all my scrapbooking stuff in the back of the car! and there was still room for other stuff. Husband really likes the way it drive and is excited about the movie camera! He is reading the manual to make sure we know how to work everthing. Will See Robert again when other daughter needs to replace her car. Also we having dealing with Jim Norton since 1996!

Things went pretty well.
Things went pretty well. Bought a Toyota Corolla from Jackson. He is patient and easy to work with. It is still a long process, which is difficult with kids. I came with approved funding and was still there 3 hours. I did like the overall vibe and there’s a nice waterfall in side the new dealership.

Got some awesome help & advice this morning from Andy regarding the dashcam on my '25 Grand Highlander .... sadly, no one I contacted previously in sales OR service seemed to have any knowledge at all about the dashcam or issues I was experiencing. Andy stepped in and got the issue solved and certainly helped educate me for the future on this unit.
