Recall
My vehicle went in for a recall, but I was disappointed when I went to pick I up. The front seatbelts didn?t function correctly because they wouldn?t retract. It caused a safety issue. I could tell there was a problem when I looked where the seatbelts came out from the plastic was bulging. I also noticed the technician used the wrong tool to pry because it damaged the adjuster for the seatbelt. Upon further inspection, I also found the plastic above the rear view mirror was loose and not properly installed. I think the technician was rushing to complete the recall because neither the technician or the dealer makes money from it.

I bought a Silverado a few years ago had no issues whatsoever. So i thought I would purchase from them again. I did an online inquiry and was sent an email that stated that because I live on Kauai they cant sell me a truck because "we can sell our chevrolets to oahu customers only" All good the other Oahu dealership was more then happy to sell me a truck and gave me a deal because of how I was treated here. These guys just lost a lifetime Chevy purchaser.

Silverado 2500HD Truck Service
Booking a reservation was quick and easy, very efficient. Fast check in and service agent was on top of the service status and communicated well. Pick up and payment was great as well. One flaw for the day, although very minor, the floor mats was not put back in place.

Horrible experience
Presented my car for repair of traction issue that caused engine to power down. This put my teenage driver at risk. After having my car for 3 weeks and charging me over $2600 I barely made it home safe before I had to have my vehicle towed back to Servco. Then after diagnosing it again they decided that it was a different problem and wanted to charge me a little more than $800 for repair. I had to argue with my customer service rep which made me really uncomfortable about them repairing my vehicle. I never write bad reviews but I hated being treated this way. I am not a mechanic but I know that a faulty oxygen sensor will not cause your entire car to shake uncontrollably and cut off. I hate when people try to take advantage because I am a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid. If you don't know what the problem is or you can't fix it then just be honest. My child could have been injured driving a vehicle that they deemed safe and it wasn't. That bothered me more than the cost of the repair or the fact that they had it for 3 weeks without fixing the problem.

Dropped it off the morning of service and came after work for my car and was told by the service advisor that they couldn?t do service because they ran out of the oil they recommended for my car. I also had a service light that came on a day or two prior to the service and wanted them to check it out. I was charged for the diagnostics and they didn?t find any error but on my phone app it showed my right front tire was low. After I left I checked my tire pressure and it showed all my tires were low, so I called the service advisor, told him about it and his response was they didn?t perform that part of the service because they didn?t have the oil???. I have been a customer of this dealership for a long time and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. They had my corvette all day, charged me about $200 for a xxxxty service and can?t do a simple service of putting air in the tires. Very disappointed!!!

Servco will not honor coupons posted on their website. They say they only take hard copy postcards mailed to patrons. REALLY!?!? Why put on the site then with an expiration date if July. Complained on multiple platforms, received a placate response, but no resolution.
