Do not feel like the team tried hard enought to get me

Do not feel like the team tried hard enought to get me where I wanted to be or give me the fair value of my trade in. Took 3 different attempts before they even got close. Like all they wanted to do was make a sale. That's why I give 3 star rating. Improve this and you could get 5. Overall the process was like a typical car sale.

It was the worst experience ever buying a vehicle.

It was the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. The finance guy (Tre) jacked up our interest rate 1.45 above what Robins had it for. Salesman (Preston) would not email me back when I was asking for information. Had to contact a lady to have her have him respond to my email. Left messages also and he did not reply. Felt once the deal was done there was no more customer comes first. This was pathetic after spending $80K for a truck. He said he was going to get it detailed before we left and all he did was spray a hose on it.

Update, My temp tag has expired and have been to the tag office twice over the last month to have them say they have not received the paperwork. Contacted Nathan in Jimmy Britt on 7 Jan to find out nobody sent the paperwork and he ensured me the paperwork would be expedited, which apparently did not happen according to the tag office. Called Jimmy Britt dealership again today and expressed my frustration and that the tag office did not have the paperwork and once again was ensured it would be expedited. I tried to contact Don a couple times and left message to call me back, but he was not there and the message may not have been passed on. Very disappointed with the whole process here.

My routine maintenance technician was easy to do business

My routine maintenance technician was easy to do business with. He was very helpful. I do not recall his name, however. I first spoke with Mitch, who is always friendly and helpful. Merry Christmas to all. Need pictures of the other members of service department.

Kenny was very thorough and helpful with my vehicle

Kenny was very thorough and helpful with my vehicle purchase. He understood my needs and explained the vehicle in detail. I was introduced to the service department, internet department, finance manager, all who greeted me with a smile and friendly handshake!

My sales consultant was very helpful and patient even after viewing numerous cars, and he ensured everything went ok. My sales consultant was knowledgeable about the cars. He gathered information about what I was looking for so as to help me along the way until I finally found a car I was pleased with. I appreciated his help immensely. Thank you, Thomas Barnes!

It was a pleasure to do business with Jimmy Britt CDJR. They were kind and courteous, even though I was an out of state buyer. We purchased our vehicle by phone and pictures. We are pleased with our purchase.
