Rubbing salt in your wounds
I experienced a manufacturer defect on my 2019 Kia Forte infotainment screen which is a well documented problem on forums. The screen adhesive is separating. I understand that this is not covered by my warranty. I paid for a replacement which is ok. The reason that this is a 1 star review is because on top of all of this, they charged me a 3% fee for using a credit card. No more Youngblood, no more Kia.

I took my Kia in for an oil change & radiator coolant
I took my Kia in for an oil change & radiator coolant flush. I met with Brad Duggins my Service Advisor & was provided a shuttle ride both home & back by Bruce. My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule.

Kia optima problem
Had issues with front brakes.techs checked it out , blamed it on tires said they were cupped. Tires were checked out a reputable tire shop. No problem found. Evidently service department didn't want to fix the rotor problem. Subsequently won't ever return to them for service.

Kayleigh, my service advisor, was super friendly and
Kayleigh, my service advisor, was super friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment as I was in town for the day. I travel over two hours to the dealership for my vehicle to be serviced. It is difficult for me to make an appointment as I have a very demanding job. There have been times I need an oil change within 45 days as I have already put over 5000 miles on my vehicle. I do not want to go over the mileage and effect my warranty. Thank you Kayleigh for being so considerate of my showing up without an appointment, you're the best!

Awesome Dealership!
Awesome Dealership! My Kia Sportage went on a fritz by sending out a yellow engine light with a loss of power. I called and was able to get it in for an emergency inspection. As ALWAYS Brad Duggins my Service Advised & The Rest Of The Crew In Service Cranked It Out Of The Park. I Love This Dealership & I Will Not Hesitate To Brag About It, Because They Are Deserving Of It!!!!

Took my car in due to rod knock.
Took my car in due to rod knock. I was told that my car was a quart low on oil and that it was black. Wasn't even close to being the truth, I just changed the oil within a couple hundred miles. When I said something about that all I got was there was sludge build up in the engine, which by going I line is a common issue with Kia vehicles that I wish I would have know before purchasing this $50k Sorento. After the lie about the oil, the warranty was denied(only have 70k miles on the car) the claim. I tried talking to a manager about it but kias service manager was on vacation so I was supposedly transferred to Nissans service manager who after taking to him, he admitted that it was actually Brad at Kia who lied to me again. They had the car towed and it took me getting the police involved to find out where my car was. Was told that it was repossessed, which isn't even close to the truth because there's not a single payment that was missed on it, so another lie. After finally finding my car, I had it towed back to my house, when the tow driver got it there, he showed me where there was a rock wedged between my wheel and caliper, I had to remove the wheel to get it out. Guess when you call them out on their lies they try to sabotage your vehicle. Now I'm dealing with the warranty company trying to fix the lies they've been told. I would steer clear of Youngblood, I've heard nothing but negative things about them since this process started. I've had several people tell me to not go there after the fact and to definitely not let Brad anywhere near the car. My car will go to a different state before going back to them. Sad, because I was thinking about trading it in an their new electric car, won't happen at this dealer, ever. Also, it took a voice mail to John to get any response from anyone there, John couldn't even call me back. I finally got my key fob back, and I told the guy at the front desk that I didn't want to go back in the service area because it wouldn't have been pretty, was lied to to many times, and he told Brad that I was there and that I didn't like him and I couldn't make it out, but he yelled something, which is why I didn't need to go back there.

Best experience at a car dealership ever! Erick was fabulous along with everyone else we interacted with. Very well educated on their cars with no pressure sales tact’s. As well as awesome follow up phone call after the purchase of the vehicle on any questions we may have had. Would totally buy a car from them again!
