Wes was attentive, listened to all the information I gave him, & thoroughly answered my questions. I was unaware of a recall but Wes was able to let me know and work that into my appointment as well as my scheduled oil change and was also able to let me know what all the recall entailed and how it would be repaired.

Very disappointed in all the upsell
Went in for an oil change but they said would cost me $85 ended up they tried to upsell me $3,000 worth of stuff that I did not need including new brakes that I did not need at $1,500 which was way overpriced don't think I'll be going back here to purchase my next Kia would recommend anybody that goes there not too by any of the upsell very disappointed that they would try to take advantage of me by selling me a bunch of stuff that is not needed I took it to McGrath because I was not happy with my Dubuque Kia dealership where I purchased the car but I guess they're all the same trying to put money in front of the customer satisfaction thank you feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions

Extreme pressure to buy additional warranty
The only negative was lots of pressure to buy extended warranty for $5,000 to $10,000 dollars per year! Rediulous! Made me worry about the reliability of Kia vehicle.

Great dealership
Very easy to work with very knowledgeable answered all of my questions the lady I bought my car from stayed late to go through all the buttons with me to make sure I understood what to do and was safe to drive home

Jason Murley was the best salesperson we’ve worked with for buying our Kia Hybrid Sorento. We didn’t feel any pressure and he took a lot of time to answer our questions. We didn’t have good experience with McGrath auto in the past but he changed that experience to the best experience we had. He is highly recommended if you’re looking for Kia vehicles and is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.

Did not perform warranty work
Drove my broken car to Cedar Rapids to have the wheel bearings done ..the wheel bearings were not fixed. They said they are not covered under the powertrain warranty, yes they are covered under the powertrain warranty and under the hundred thousand mile warranty and under the one-year warranty. Do not go here if you want service just do it yourself. Why should I buy an expensive extra warranty on my used car if the people in service cannot read a contract?
