Jackson Carpenter is AWESOME!! In order to take care of a customer he goes over and above. In fact he needs a RAISE!. You want to make sure he is happy and stay with you. The best service I have ever had from a Dealership. I used to go to another dealership and had trouble every time I had our vehicles worked on. I went to John Jones Scottsburg and everyone is super nice and helpful. Like I said if you want to be treated right go to John Jones Scottsburg!

The dealer doesn't inspect their vehicles before selling, or worse, knows and lies and sells at the marked up price anyway. Bad service with this dealership. Be careful buying any used car always, but we bought a Chevy that drove 4-5 times less than 1000 miles and there are transmission and oil issues quoting $3-4k to repair. If they aren't knowledgeable about their inventory you can't get a fair deal and your $20,000 is better spent with honest people. Stay away.
