Several instances for this business and finally I felt

Several instances for this business and finally I felt like I need to voice my opinion! We take our vehicles to Lemonds but I think I’ve finally had enough! A couple years ago we took our jeep there it had a sound system hat they diagnosed charged us $500 to fix - didn’t fix it wanted us to bring it back but not for you to charge me more for this sound ! Then last year I took my sons truck which he bought from them (used) to check an issue for them to go ahead and replace the tranny fluid without asking me first and giving me a bill for over $400 ! Then yesterday we took our 2008 ram to them because when I got our oil changed last week I got home to find a paper attached to the back of my oil change bill stating a bolt had been stripped well the only person who could have stripped it was them ! The total estimate was $107 so I called them made an apt and they was suppose to look at it tell my what was the issue before they fixed it ( since they did it in the first place) on no they charged me$35 not happy with how they run their business ! More communication with the customer There are many more items I could cover with Lemonds’s 😡

Sent in a contact to be informed about a car they had. Made a offer. No answer . If that is how they value customers not much integrity. Just a yes or no is nice. I always say have a nice day. And lately tell people stay healthy and mean it. Come on don’t you value your dealership more than this. Matthew Rogers is the guy emailing me. Maybe the General manager should read all my emails to know what is going on and my offers. His name is Gabe McGaha.

great people and a great place to buy.

i was shopping for a new truck and a friend told me to be sure and go to lemond`s first because they were great people and easy to talk to.he was pleased with them and was sure that I`d buy a truck from them and be pleased as well.i talked to Sheldon(an extremely nice person) and came home with the new truck that I wanted.our last 2 new vehicles were from 2 different dealers and lemond`s is a much better place to do business.if and when we decide to buy a new car or truck again the first and probably only call I`ll make will be to sheldon

I just purchased a 2012 chevy sonic at Lemond's and not only was I given immediate service but I was given the BEST deal for my trade in and got a phenomenal price on my new purchase.
