Great place to buy a car or truck ,they gave me a great deal on my trade-in and on my new pickup..the service team was so good to me that I started bringing my other car in for service, that I didn't by from them but trust them to take care of it..

Easy to leave and pick up vehicle. Kept apprized of the time of service required. Vehicle returned in clean condition. Happy to have my vehicle back!

Exemplary Service

Even though we didn't purchase our 2021 Yukon Denali from Morehart Murphy, their service department will be a deciding factor in future purchases of GM vehicles. The service advisor, Caden, treated me with respect, professionalism and customer service that was exemplary. He went out of his way to insure my vehicle concerns were completed promptly and offered to provide me a ride if I needed to do any errands while my vehicle was in the shop. Caden and Morehart Murphy deserve more than 5 stars for putting customers first in their service department. They exceeded our expectations and have changed our negative opinion of GM dealership service. My husband and I will be using Morehart Murphy service for all of our vehicle services in the future.

Sent away from Service Dept. due to age policy

Although the service department repaired my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 brake pads and rotors in 2020, when I dropped off the truck to have the alternator replaced last week, and took a shuttle home, I received a call that they no longer work on older vehicles. This is after I bought a new car and my sister bought a used car from the same dealer in 2020. Loyalty is a two way street and they just lost mine.
