What a scam

Last 3 times I went for service they never washed my car or vacuum Even the expensive 35,000 mile xxxxxxxx tune up they make you get to sell as a certified pre owned Subaru! Love, that’s what makes Subaru rich!!!!!

My name is Mike Wilson and I'm the General Manager here at Subaru of Little Rock. Could you please provide me your name so I can look further into your complaint, It is our policy to wash and vacuum your car when you bring it in as long as you do not have a bike rack on it BUT they still should have vacuumed it out. I would like to see who worked on your car so I can make sure this gets corrected! I will get your car washed and vacuumed anytime you have time to bring it out. If you don't have time I will come get it and bring it back to the store and get it cleaned up for you! Thank you for your time! Mike Wilson

Service on 2021 Subaru Forester

Minor warranty repair made on my 2021 Subaru Forester. Quickly made the repair at no cost and had me on my way. Have used Subaru of Little Rock for all service of the three Subarus' purchased. Always friendly, fast, and professional service. Appreciate the continued support of this excellent dealership.

My New Suburu

The whole purchase went smoothly. I had the best salesman. He explained everything regarding the purchase process. We went over everthing about the car while sitting in the car. It was a lot to learn & take in, but I am so thankful that James took the time with me to learn everything I needed to know regarding my new vehicle. The wholedealership was great...the place was spotless. I will be recommending this Suburu dealership to my friends that are needing new vehicles.
