I recently bought a 2014 Forester with no background

I recently bought a 2014 Forester with no background information or records. I wanted to make sure it was in good mechanical condition so took it to Subaru of Little Rock for a 150,000 mile checkup. Because they couldn't get it all done in one day, they gave me a brand new 2025 loaner, even tho I live 2.5 hours away! They sent a video of what they found while my car was up on the hoist and explained all of it. You get a dedicated "service advisor" and an excellent mechanic. I don't know if this is standard for all Subaru dealers but I was/am super impressed! Will definitely recommend them and will definitely go back.

Had a major issue, took the car to the shop at 4:30.

Had a major issue, took the car to the shop at 4:30. They diagnosed it and got it back to me in less than 48 hours. Covered under warranty and working perfect. Thank you!

I was offered a price for my Subaru for trade in and got

I was there getting my first oil change in my Crosstek.

I was there getting my first oil change in my Crosstek. Kari checked me in and was very personable and answered all of my questions with respect. The waiting area was comfortable and large enough that you didn't feel like sardines. The text message updates and the video of the tech looking at my vehicle was very cool.
