Service is superb and I would highly recommend them we can purchase a car thru any dealer but service is why we return and overall they rate 100%

Another Great Service Experience

This is just another of several Service Department experiences where we were totally impressed with the promptness of the service and also the courtesy Patrick and all his associates extended during the process. Having been in the auto industry all my life, I am most impressed with the detail and follow up on everything. General Maint

I needed to have the bulbs changed in my headlights. I called while on the road. The team at carriage house was great. They not only changed the bulb but washed the car. All for less than I could have imagined.

Exceedin my expectations at Carriage House

We have purchased over 50 vehicles as a couple and Carriage House Mercedes has unequivocally been the best dealership experience we have had. We have purchased many cars at local Southeastern CT dealerships as well as several in NY and Northern NJ due to company relocations. From the moment you walk into the large comfortable showroom, Carriage House works hard to make this a positive experience. We purchased our car four weeks ago when my wife needed a new vehicle as she gave hers to our son who is finishing college. Our salesman was Richard Brookes and he was very accomodating and let my wife try as many vehicles as she wanted on test drives to find the perfect car. His product knowledge and willingness to listen to her needs found her the perfect vehicle. We purhased a CPO vehicle and couldn't be happier. Everyone we've met from the Sales and Service Departments have been great. We had a few additions made to the vehicle and Patrick McCarthy, our service advisor, walked us through all the options and helped us make the best choices. We were provided with a spotless loaner car and our car was returned to us cleaned both inside and out just like it was at delivery. I'd like to think we'd expect all dealers to do this but in realtiy, this is the exception. We've been so happy we've just purchased a second vehicle from them to replace my old car. Check them out, highly recommended!!!!!

Excellent Experience

I purchased a car from Carriage House that was advertised on Cars.com. The car was exactly as advertised. When I arrived, the car was fully prepped and ready for a test drive. All negotiations proceeded most cordially. The entire experience was delightful. I hope to be a repear customer.

This is an outstanding dealership. They make the customer feel special - after all this is Mercedes - without being snobbish or pretentious. Always friendly and polite, they do good work on the vehicles at a fair price and make every effort to accommodate their clients schedule and needs.

Dealership and its' employees are professional,curteous and show a concern for any problems you may have.They do not try to push any product on you. However, when you have a question about a vehicle or service, they are very knowledgeable about the product or service.

Sprinter based camper died in East Lyme on way from Nona...

Sprinter based camper died in East Lyme on way from Nona Scotia to Delaware and had to be towed in. They had it properly fixed at 9.30 the morning of the second day after as a part had to be shipped. It was even washed. In the meantime they had made a bad situation bearable. They offered to let is stay overnight in their lot, which we did not need, and furnished a car so we and our guests could tour Newport rather than waste a day. I can't say enough. Nice, helpful, people and a great dealership.

I brought my car in for an annoying clicking sound come...

I brought my car in for an annoying clicking sound come from the seat. They were great by having the seat checked by several techs as well as pulling the seat apart. While they were unable to locate an exact smoking gun for the noise, they fixed the problem and I got my car back the same day. They always seem to bend over backwards for me when I bring my car in for service. Great staff is a major factor when I buy a car and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come,
