After shopping around for weeks, I met Mr.Azzam from Infiniti of Lafayette. Before I met him, I was discouraged from the misleading and selfish salespeople from other dealers. He made purchasing a vehicle carefree. He is the most genuine, compassionate and honest salesperson I've ever met. I highly recommend him.

Brittney Fox - Internet Sales Consultant contacted me and did an excellent job of providing a detailed walk around video and detailed interior video of the vehicle prior to purchase since we lived 2 hours north of the dealership. She addressed all concerns prior to our decision to travel to Lafayette LA to view the vehicle in person. Once arriving at the dealership we were instantly greeted and introduced to Assam Sobh - sales consultant who also did an outstanding job taking over after Brittney. The vehicle was exactly as depicted through videos and pictures from the dealer. After deciding to make the purchase all staff pushed to get the deal we were comfortable with and expected and get us back on the road to North Louisiana as quick as possible - even staying after hours so we wouldn't have to make a return trip. Cliff Roy, Jr the business manager, is simply terrific. Extremely professional and personable. On our way out, we were thanked by the entire staff who stayed late with us and even thanked personally by Mr. Fabre - dealer owner. Throughout our years of dealing with car dealerships and sales people, we've never had such a professional service experience. Luay Alshehabi is a very genuine and patient professional. He helped to make our experience less stressful. Luay introduced my wife and I to the staff which helped to make us very comfortable with our purchasing decision. Luay puts the "S'' on special service because his goal wasn't to just sell, it was to give good service to us. Because of Luay, we have chosen to make Infinity of Lafayette our one and only auto service center.. .

Azzam Sobh was our salesman when purchasing our QX60. He took time to answer all our questions, showed us everything in/about the car and not one time did we feel like we were pressured to purchase the car. Would highly reccomend Infinitii of Lafayette along with our Excellent Salesman, Azzam.

I just purchased an Infiniti G37 Convertible yesterday to replace my AUDI TT convertible that was totaled in a 7-car pile-up. My salesman, CHRIS SNEAD was awesome. He was not pushy, but knowledgeable. He was professional and accommodating. The contrast of him to several other salesmen/women in dealerships in other cities and other states--was profound. When I made the decision to buy, it was time for financing with CLIFF ROY. He, too was knowledgeable and professional in the way he presented information about options. He went above and beyond to be accommodating, working with me on a plan that would help get me in the car I wanted at payments I could afford. I'm so grateful! My car is in the shop for final touch-ups and I was provided a loaner until my car is ready. Chris had the loaner clean and gassed, when he noticed metal in a tire and it was leaking air. I appreciate this kind of attention detail that saved me car trouble on the Atchafalaya Basin. He switched it out for another loaner. I experienced nothing but professionalism that is an expectation at a luxury car dealership. (The only thing I didn't like was the constant country music. Maybe mix styles up a little?)

Azzam was very professional, knowledgeable and made my experience very pleasurable. He was not a pushy salesman as some are at other dealers. Everyone at the dealership were very courteous and Azzam worked very hard to make my deal perfect since we had a special set of circumstances. Again, a great experience. Thank you Azzam.
