Dustin who has been my service advisor for several years now continues to go above and beyond my expectations every time I get one of my cars serviced. He was kind enough to give me a loaner after my needed work could not be fully completed on a Saturday. The Worst USED CAR SALESMAN
This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my opinion. They lied to me about the condition of a car. They are the typical used car salesman. Plenty of other companies to use. I have seen the many bad reviews and do not be their next victim, be smart and look elsewhere.

Stay away!! Worst dealership for service!!
If I could give zero stars I would, they are scam artists. They had my parents car for over 30 days and tried to charge them $8,500 for something that was warranty work, and they still didn’t know what the problem was. My parents would call for updates on their car and wouldn’t get any answers and told that someone from the dealership would call them back... they never received call backs. Brought the car somewhere else and the problem was fixed within the day and covered under warranty. Stay away from this place!!

Purchase 2013 Chevy Corvette
Wonderful people with whom to deal . The facility was incredibly modern , clean and flowed .The sales staff was knowledgeable and professional .Everyone there was polite and attentive . Always Pleased
Always pleased with the service provided at Fields Motorcars. My appointment was for a recall review. But it was not until 1000. I happened to be in the area much earlier than expected. Therefore, I stopped by the dealer to see if they could take my vehicle earlier. They gladly received me, took the vehicle abd I was iut if there in about 45 minutes. I also uad a concern about the condition of the alcantara/suede on the steering wheel. The service Advisor took personally took the vehicle to the detailing department and had the area cleaned and looking like new.

Service call
The annual service took about 2 h 15 min, including washing and vacuuming. The car looks great and the inspection was thorough. The waiting room is well appointed and you can work or watch TV while you wait. Would be 5 stars if less costly.

Trip inspection
I was leaving the next day on a 600 mile trip. I took the car (2018 AMG GLE) in and asked my service writer, Justin, if someone would check the fluid levels and tire pressures. They did a complete inspection, washed and vacuumed the car, all complementary. Fields MB has taken great care of our entire family. The facility is wonderful and the people are even better. Well never shop anywhere else. Very, very pleased, as always.

Simple courtesy car wash
I absolutely love my new E350!! I’m disappointed with cust.service when coming in with/without an appt. It is always a long affair!!! Esp. the car washes take hours. Mike your greeting tech service? Is always less than friendly , acts like you’re an inconvenience. Today I waited two different time extended wait times. First was an hour , I had to leave without my car washed. I came back an hour later and was told again another 45-60 min wait again. Even though Mike knew I sat patiently prior to my return.

Sprinter used van
I drove 2 hrs after first speaking with Ron manager regarding purchase of used sprinter van...when I arrived I was told they didn't have it...it was taken to Sanford to be sold to someone else, then stated they are sorry for miscommunication
