I am not sure when Romano Toyota retail/service had gone

I am not sure when Romano Toyota retail/service had gone downhill, but I have been leasing for over 16 years. When we first went there, people were nice and led with very little pressure. Sometimes they even washed the vehicle brought in. Now the service desk and the prices have gone off the deep end. $40 to replace a filter that’s in your glovebox? $130 added to a new tire? Not checking when the car needs an inspection, and when they do they overcharge. A vehicle one year old, the inspection is $10, not $21. The sales people are sometimes sexist, salesman Baber wouldn’t even look at my wife. When the finance department made a mistake they sent a bully to intimidate my daughter. Seriously, do better.

Great buying experience!

Great buying experience! Our salesman, Marshall, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Low pressure and fair deal. Probably the best buying experience that I’ve had. Love my new Crown!

Very poor experience!

Very poor experience! Zach provided very little information vital to the transaction. I am still getting mail from all the places my credit was run, when I financed through my own bank, and I'm sure my credit has taken a hit! Zach assured me everything was place, but it was not even close. No transparency on final numbers, unwilling to refund deposits, unwilling to work with you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

26 days for a minor repair, no info.

Summary: We brought our Sienna into the Romano Body Shop for relatively minor repairs that were being covered by our insurance company. It took 26 days for the repair to be completed. We were not kept informed during this period (not one call from them to us, as far as I remember), and in fact, we were yanked around a little bit, in terms of what they would tell me when I called. Next time we'll try somewhere else. As far as the actual repair work, it seems to have been done well, at least to my eye. The guy doing the repairs struck me as legit and honest.

Greed/No Loyalty.. you know me ..

Just want everyone to know how Romano Toyota treats people. This was my baby she was my lease and in no way was I wanting to give her up at the end. When I leased her three years ago I was told yes you can buy her out at the end and we will help you...Three years later me taking care of my vehicle because she would be my forever... Not only was I emotionally attached to this car for many reasons I loved her...I go in to buyout my Rav to be told nope we don't do that anymore. No honor in their word and when you go to Burdick they are handling all Romano's buyout because they don't do them anymore Now when I was at Romano the sales man Ian stated to me my car was worth nothing cause I had one accident reported and that's even if they wanted to buy it if they would give me anything beside my buy out price of 19025.00 mind you look at the miles.. not even close to 36,000. Went back after him cause her I am in tears cause I don't want to let go of this car and not once did he ask why is it that you have such an emotional attach to a car that it's making you cry..he just didn't care no one did. Went back to look at other cars which anyone knows looking for a car is sooooo not fun . Still they wanted to give me nothing for my car cause remember it's not worth anything..but yet here it is on there lot for 27,995. Where the buyout was 19025.00 how is that fair. They gave me nothing , emotionally crushed me, financially put me in a harder spot because I had to go get a new car yes somewhere else.. and all I wanted was my own original Rav.. Greed hurts and I hate to say this but I wish no luck to the person who gets that vehicle because they got or out of Greed of a company #romanotoyota

Worst experience ever

No one is on the same page about anything! Process took over a week because of so much misinformation. Our sales person made his own schedule and would wait until almost 9pm to respond to our questions and by text. We had questions and concerns and we would either get multiple answers from multiple people or vague answers that didn’t really answer our questions. The gm was not helpful at all and really didn’t seem to care how unprofessional the sales employee was. The secretary or front desk girl was rude and commenting on our experience like she was involved some how! Ridiculous 6 years ago I didn’t have these problems here which is the reason I am a returning customer, this location went down hill from then.

Poor recall management

Trying to get recall work completed and they can’t schedule an appr, but ordered part for VIN so other dealership that gave appt now can’t order part. Not organized - can’t figure out how to order parts and schedule service.

xxxx Service

1)Double Booked appointment, had to wait 30 minutes for my own appointment 2) Original Sales Rep pawned me off 3)Continued to wait 30 minutes after a test drive 4) Sales reps were taking walk-ins while instructions presented is appointment only 5) Original Rep stated I was wasting there time since I wasn’t ready to make a deposit today Conclusion: Worst Customer Service Experience EVER. Shame on the management team for allowing such instance to happen. Unprofessional and greedy dealership that doesn’t give two xxxxs about the clientele.
