We bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Abernethy. Will Whitener was our sales person. We had already bought a new 2008 Patriot from Will and new that he was the one we wanted to deal with again. We knew we could trust he because of past dealings. Great guy.

Dodge Journey
We were very pleased with the sales person that greeted us, helped us, and sold us this car. Mike Clark was very nice, eager to answer any questions we had, and explaining the process step-by-step. He went over and beyond our expectations. In fact, everyone we talked with at Abernethy's was fantastic. It was a wonderful shopping experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Wonderful Customer Service
My husband and I needed to drive off the lot with a vehicle that day. Our car had burned to a crisp on the side of the road, so we were very stressed out. I made an appointment with Mike Lovelace and he did his absolute best to work with the bank to get us a good vehicle with no money down and low monthly payments. He promised us my husband would be to work the next day, as we explained to him that he could lose his job if we didn't get a car. He kept his promise.... Working with Gary and Mike Adkins he was able to follow through. By the end of the day we were much less stressed out and left the dealership with a 2012 ford fusion. My husband was back to work the very next day. The folks at Abernethy treat you like friends and they are very patient, helpful and understanding. I appreciate very much them advocating for us and working with the bank to fit our monthly payments into our budget. I would definitely recommend anyone that is in a bind ( or if you just plain want/need a vehicle) to try Abernethy. You will not be disappointed... And we will definitely be back for a second vehicle in the future.

They cannot work on Diesels
This is in reference to the service department. Nice people, but I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them for the past 2 months (7 times in the shop) on my diesel. After the 7 visits and $3K later, the truck actually runs worse. After picking up the truck the last time, I immediately called them and left a message with Julian (service manager) and have yet to hear back. After they charged me $3K to fix it and it running worse, I am now taking it to a shop that specializes in diesels. Should have done that in the first place but I assumed since Abernathy sold diesels, they could work on them. I was proven wrong. This is my 6th heavy duty truck and would like to have a new one soon. It will not be from Abernathy.

Mike Lovelace is who my sister told me to see about a new car because she was just sold one and loved how respectful and helpful he was, so I went to Mike also I was pre approved then denied thru the dealership but Mike didn't give up he searched for a finance company that gave me a chance. I'm so glad I went to see Mike. So give Mike a try!
