Serra Nissan

I am overall concerned about the conditions of my 2013 Rogue that I purchased from Nissan that is peeling from the original paint job from manufacturer. After speaking with Service Manager I felt assured that whatever it takes Nissan will have my SUV repair.

I gave this rating because they where very nice and cooperative they are very respectful and they have good customer service and will be coming back when I need something done

My service was good, quick, and accurate from what I could see. Staff was friendly as always. I would .recommend Nissan service department to friends and family.

Overall from start to finish they look after the customer. I 2as greeted in q timely manner and provided a great deal bnb on what needs to be serviced. Never have had a issue with this dealership. I travel 50 miles for service everytime.
