Employee says he/she will call me back to give me an update on my vehicle but never does. I have to call them. Had to get a temporary vehicle through crossroads chevy because my vehicle is going to take longer to service than expected. The vehicle was smaller than expected, and when I went back in I was smirked at and eye rolled by the same employee that just finished filling the temporary vehicle contract out with. I let him know that the vehicle was too small for me, and was offered a smaller vehicle in exchange. I asked if we could do an enterprise rental and he told me I would have to be willing to pay the difference between their rate and the enterprise rental rate, and that enterprise charges $95.00 a rental which is untrue because I rent from enterprise a lot for work.

The employees there are not friendly at all. Especially the fat man working in the service dept. I didnt like the deal i got at all. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Crossroads Chevrolet. They are TERRIBLE

Crossroads Chevrolet was a great dealership to purchase my Chevrolet 2500HD from. Both Cletis Pack the General Manager and David Byers the salesman were great to work with. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
