Vaden Nissan Statesboro

I got a used car last week from Vaden. The sales rep, AJ, was very helpful, friendly and down to earth. The fact that he didn't try to force me into buying something was very refreshing and made me feel more comfortable about purchasing with them. AJ really worked with me to get the payments to a rate I feel comfortable with and that really made a world of difference.

While owning many vehicles, this is my second new car. The salesman, Jason, was awesome from start to finish. Financing was a breeze, even through the paperwork. The detailing and cleanup had my car looking sharp, if that was even possible! I'd recommend Vaden Nissan to anybody, they made the buying experience a great one!

Although I didn't have a way to get to the dealership, you guys got me there! And not only that, Chris Brenning chose a car that matches 'who I am' so perfectly! Never ever experienced a GENERAL MANAGER that had such an NONCHALANT, ARROGANT, NON CARING attitude as: MARK BEECHER!!!!!! If he can talk to a loyal customer that purchased a brand new vehicle the way he spoke AT me, I could only imagine how he talks to or treat his EMPLOYEES!!!! But thank GOD, there's always someone a little higher than a General Manager that cares and goes the extra mile for there customers!!!!!!

Filled out a request online over the weekend and got a call Monday. Asked about any 2015 trucks since it was the end of year. They had one left and I came in a couple hours later. We test drove the truck and Sarah answered all my questions. Within a couple of hours we had all the paperwork finished and I returned to work. Excellent staff and facilities makes buying a car a great experience. Highly recommended.
