My sunroof is not wanting to close all the way. Took 4 hrs for them to inspect it to let me know that the levers need to be replaced and will be covered under warranty, however do still recommend a cleaning and creasing which is $190.00 they didn't have the levers and stated they ordered them overnight, it's been a day and I haven't received a call yet. So, my sunroof is still not operable, and I am keeping it closed until I get a call.

Best customer service experience hands down. Anna and her manager went above and beyond to ensure our extra special buy for our teenager was exactly what we wanted and fit our desired budget. I would highly recommend them and Viva Kia over any other dealer in El Paso.

Kia Optima
Went in for an oil change and apparently they had to fix a nail in my back passenger tire they took it back for rotation and when I left with my vehicle I immediately had to bring it back they left it unbalanced, they recommend an alignment so I had to wait there for hours the technician was talking to the service consultant and told her to send me to viva chevys service cause he was busy( which by the way I’ve been taking my second vehicle to viva Chevy for service and in 10 years I’ve never had a complaint) I went in at 8 am and didn’t leave til 5pm. After the alignment I take my vehicle and it was left the same and they said they couldn’t fix the problem because I needed new tires (my vehicle has less than 28,000miles, so whatever) then they said to get in contact with Michelin to let them know about my tires, I’m glad I did because when I took it somewhere else immediately after leaving they noticed the had installed my flat tire that they had fixed backwards. So that says it all about the quality of the service.

The service department personnel were all very helpful beginning with Aurora the receptionist as well as Eddie and Ben and the young lady didn’t get her name and the mechanics. Thank you for a job well done.
