Straight shooters.

Earl Clark and the others were straight dealers, kept their word, and were very helpful. I would recommend him and them to anyone who is buying a car.

Long unprofessional process

Spent an exorbitant amount of time back and forth with the sales representative. The process took over 3 days sending paperwork back and forth to at least 4 different people because the sales rep. did not see the process through with the bank each day forcing another bank rep. to pick up the process and determine where they were only to ask for the same papers again. Ultimately I received "honey I am so busy, We'll (sic) you call them for me?" So now I feel like I am an after-thought and clearly not the only customer. We finally start making progress and try to nail the deal down when I find an identical truck (with sunroof) listed on the website through another dealer for less than EC is offering to sell me theirs for. When asked about it they tell me that EC does not price match and basically will not budge on price offer. For full disclosure, the entire deal was being handled via distance (phone, text, email) and the offers were being made sight un-seen with pictures being sent back and forth of the vehicles. Their biggest hesitation was obviously with my trade when they were unable to put eyes and hands on aside from pictures. However, a "contingent" offer could have been made contingent upon the trade being as described and pictured. Additional issues: Salesperson was a female who consistently called me "honey" "love" "sugar" "dear" and other endearing terms unprofessional to use towards a business client. Granted, we are in the south and some of this is culturally acceptable, however, it should never replace traditional business etiquette of calling people by their professional, given names: "Sir", "Madame", or Mr./Mrs.

Excellent dealer, fantastic staff

My wife, and I had an awesome experience with Dave Davis East Carolina Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat. Salesman Joe Strano has many years of experience, and is a great guy to do business with. Operations Manager Matt Thurston, Vice President Chip Davis, and the rest of the staff are also great to deal with, and everyone greets you when they walk by. They are very professional, treat you like family, and treat you right. They do what they do best, and that’s work hard to get you into the vehicle you deserve. If you know what you are looking for but don’t know what you can afford, they will see where you qualify. It has been a pleasure working with them. My wife, and I will definitely be returning customer. I highly recommend this dealership, and staff to anyone. Friends, and coworkers have seen what I purchased, and first thing they did after checking out the truck is take a picture of the decal, and say “I will definitely be going there for my next truck”. I have purchased plenty of vehicles in the past from other dealers, and the 1st thing I always did when I got home was remove the dealer name from the back, and license plate frames (front, and back) due to the experience I received, I am proud to leave their license plate frame on the truck, and sticker on the tailgate to advertise for them, and let everyone see where I got it from. I’ve only had the truck for 1 day, and I have been asked by quite a few people I have never met “that is a nice truck, where did you get that truck from?”, and my reply was “East Carolina Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat of Greenville, NC”. I have been to other Ram dealers near me but they didn’t treat me like East Carolina did, and that’s why I purchased a truck from them. If your looking for the right dealer, then don’t look any further, stop on by, and get your vehicle/next vehicle from here.

Best car buying experience

Christian Anderson Blackman. She has so much energy and on point with showing the vehicles to everyone.she makes everyone she meets feel like family . she will do everything possible to get you the ride your looking for. I was just there looking around checking some nice rides out and seen her hard at work ,plz ask for Christian Blackman she wont disappoint you.

Amazing service

Even after we turned down the deal they continued to try and work on a price we both agreed on until I got the dream truck. They were awesome and consistent.

Will never go there again

In oct of 2015 purchase a dodge van every time we had to take it back they never could get it right unless you talk to chip why do you have to call and talk to the owner before you can get it done right I don't want anything but what I pay for then I went back in June of this yrs to buy a truck from them what a mess that was end up going 2 hrs down the road to buy one today 7/28/16 wife went in to get her charger plugs replace and they mess that up had to call chip again show him pic told him we will never come back again this time we pay for it out of the pocket did not mind that at all but sorry workman ship and chip you can call me not her I am in your data base

Great experience

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, salesman Brian Pierce. He was great in answering any of the questions I had about the vehicle. He has also called and texted several times to make sure I'm satisfied. Great place, great experience!
