I have a 1993 C4 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary

I have a 1993 C4 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary edition. After a frustrating time of trying to find qualified C4 Corvette technician/mechanic, I finally hit the jackpot with Chevrolet of Watsonville's Service Department. My service rep, Alex Gil, is the consummate professional. He told me he had a C4 tech that was brilliant. I transported my car to them and they went through every system and then some to bring my Corvette up to today's safety standards, Alex bent over backwards to work with me, to seek out hard to find OEM and reproduced OEM products to keep my 'Survivor' as original as possible. I can't thank Alex and his crew enough for their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service care beyond anything that was expected. I will continue to only use Chevrolet of Watsonville for all my car needs from this point forward. You won't be disappointed, bur quite the opposite. Geoffrey W. Scotts Valley, CA

The staff lacked a consistent knowledge base.

The staff lacked a consistent knowledge base. I called ahead to confirm the listing price of a vehicle, which the sales representative verified. However, after driving two hours to the dealership, I was informed of an additional $18k markup. This miscommunication reflects a lack of experience or coordination. On a positive note, the staff was friendly throughout the visit.

We took our Volt in to be repaired and not only did they

We took our Volt in to be repaired and not only did they not really complete the job when we got our car back it was completely scratched up on the hood and the roof. We were told they use a third party detail company. That is a terrible excuse for the damage that has been done to our paint job on the car. We also asked for the battery to be changed in a key fob and they did not bother to do that simple task! I feel like my hands are tied here. This is our local Chevy dealer and I need this car to be serviced properly. Now I think I will need to take the car to San Jose , which is a major inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Watsonville Chevrolet.

Watsonville Chevrolet. They did a fantastic job on my truck. Outstanding customer service. I had the gear oil changed in the differentials front and rear as I have a 4-wheel drive. In addition, I had the oil changed. They also lubed all needed areas underneath the truck. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee, relaxed and watched a little bit of television. I think the only thing that could have made it better was if Watsonville Chevrolet had some donuts to offer those who were waiting for their vehicles to be finished. That might be asking a little bit too much, but never hurts to ask. Overall, I'd give them a perfect 10 score. As for my service advisor, Alex is just super fantastic. There's nobody that I'd rather go to when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Thank you, Alex, for a fantastic job.

Pablo was great and took care of all the repairs I needed

Pablo was great and took care of all the repairs I needed which were a little complicated due to the rat nests found in the motor housing.

it’s unfortunate that I have to give one star. Completely awful every single experience I’ve ever had at this place and most recently with my last service they didn’t put engine oil in my car so my engine blew. I couldn’t even be helped from my service advisor Martin. I guess I was an inconvenience as I came in on a tow truck as he was spinning around in his office chair on his lunch break. This is a joke. It’s filled with inconsistency, recklessness, unprofessionalism and flat out rude people, don’t risk your money your vehicle or your time at this Establishment.
