Bought a vehicle from this dealer and after about a year refinanced it, called the GAP company to get a refund on the policy since it wouldn't carry over with the new financing. They informed me I had to contact the dealership and when I did I was told 5 times I had to call the GAP company and 5 times I told them I had and they were to refund the policy. Well after 20 minutes of going round and round and being told other lies like the policy would automatically refund after being refinanced, he told me I couldn't talk to the manager and hung up on me.

Give me a refund and impound the car
As soon as I left the lot, a liner from the bottom fell out on the highway . Also the trunck would not shut . We took it back and they took over an hour to fix it. Ever since, I have had nothing but problems. The motor hesitates and usues up gas extremely fast, the engine light comes on at least once per week with a new problem. Stains cover the ceiling and floor that were unlooked before the purchase, a speaker is blown out, the driver seat doesn't recline, radio display has lines running through it, had to replace battery, replaced all bulbs on outside of car, and motor has stopped working while driving once. Absolutely awful. If I could I would get a refund. Disgusted would never recommend this dealer to anyone ever. I am absolutely appalled at the quality of the car and service. Clearly not a good experience for a first car.
