Very pleasant car buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and we loved that they're dog friendly.

When I decided to buy a Mini for my business, I looked online at all the Mini dealerships in the Bay Area. Mini of Marin had a great selection and Kalin was fun and knowledgeable about their cars. I wound up selecting a Cooper S Countryman and am very happy with it.

My wife and I bought a car from Mini yesterday and it was just a blast. We worked with Kalin, and she was friendly and bubbly and super helpful the whole way through the process. Never felt like there were any car dealer games going on, and just had an awesome day. Bonus: Finally joined the MINI family!

Took our 3 year old Cooper S for its 3rd year service and after check in looked in the showroom and saw a beautiful Clubman S. It was four doors and very sleek. Spoke to Kalin Robbins who was super efficient and very knowledgeable and asked her to prepare a buy contact on the clubman and take my old mini in part exchange. Returned to the store 2 hours later and completed all paperwork and drove my beautiful clubman home. Karin made everything work extremely well and I couldn't have been in better hands. Roger Smith

Bryan & Kalin made the MINI purchase the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the multiple test drives to the purchase the entire process was amazing. Bryan took the time to walk me through all of the different options providing his knowledgeable input and he made sure I saw the specific option in a MINI so I could make a truly informed decision. I ordered my MINI because I wanted a manual transmission and I was given an expected timeline and updated along the way so that I knew when to expect delivery. Even the financing process was extremely good as Nathan explained each document, the various options and he made sure I had a copy of all paperwork afterwards. I actually had a slightly lower quote from another MINI dealership but I chose MINI of Marin because Bryan and Kalin made me feel the most comfortable.

Buying a new car after 12 years was very stressful for me, but I want to thank Jared Alaqua in particular for making it as painless as possible. From the moment we met he not only took me on test drives but also explained all the details clearly and sympathetically, and worked hard to find out exactly what I wanted (even when I didn't know!) He was never impatient and always understanding. In the end I walked out with a great car at a great price. Thanks Jared!

Mini of Marin is such a different experience in buying a car. Kalin R. helped us choose our most recent Mini. She was very knowledgeable about the choices (there are a lot with Minis!) and helped us zero in on a great new car. This is our fifth Mini, all from Mini of Marin, and each time is as fun and exciting as the last. Kalin followed up numerous times to make sure all was in order when it came time to take our Mini. Bryan E. was there at delivery and made sure we got familiar with the new model - he is great at explaining all the tech info one needs to know. From the paperwork to driving it off the lot he also made it lots of fun- no cut and dry here! It never feels like the experiences we had buying other makes of cars- this is like being a kid in a toy store. Of course, with fantastic customer service from everyone at every department there it makes it a model for other businesses to contend with. Our thanks to Kalin ,et al for going above and beyond expectations!

Kalin was awesome and helped me to find the right Mini for me. Mini has tons of colors and options to choose from and she was very patient explaining and browsing their inventory to find the cars that would fit my needs. In the end they had some to choose from, which was great. Finally with her assistance, I found the right Mini for me! Overall, the most satisfying thing to shop here was that she were willing to listen and find the right car for me rather than selling cars out of their lot.

I went into Mini of Marin unsure of the Mini brand. Right away a younger man named Daniel approached me and my family. He introduced himself to my kids and made us feel right at home. Immediately I knew he was the salesman for us! We bought a perfect family car for a great price and could not be happier. His positivity and honesty really got us. I love Mini of Marin! I was looking for a Mini Cooper and had been to a few dealers in the bay area but I felt like they didn't care about my needs, they just wanted to sell a car fast. Then I drove to Corte Madera, and I'm so happy I did. They were busy but after a few minutes Daniel a young salesman began to help us. He was so nice and knowledgable and really took the time to make us feel comfortable through the whole process. We got a really good deal and got the most incredible customer service. I recommend Mini of Marin to anyone looking for a new car. Oh and ask for Daniel, you will be happy you did.
