Our service technician, Michale Altizer, was absolutely outstanding throughout our entire experience. His technician found an uncommon coolant leak due to a faulty gasket and Michale did everything he could to get the job 95% covered by our extended warranty. The warranty company didn’t make it easy either. Michale was thorough and professional. He was able to explain things well to me when I had questions. His top notch customer service skills were greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
