I don't like filling out surveys.

I don't like filling out surveys. The requests came every couple of days. So I completed the survey finally to stop the requests. Service was good this time. Some other times good and sometimes not so good. Seat fan makes a noise when it is cold. Windows go up and down slow. Breaks squeak. These things were reported, but dismissed and not fixed.

Everything went well except the prices are to high, also

Everything went well except the prices are to high, also I didn't like the scheduling system they use now. Go online , give your name and phone number and wait around from them to call you and schedule the appointment. I liked the old way of going online and picking a day and time.

Lara, my service rep, did an excellent job of keeping me

Lara, my service rep, did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress and cost at every step of the process and Charles, who drove me to and from the dealership was very friendly and courteous. Tim on the service floor remembered that we share an affinity for Louisiana.
