Was amazed by how quickly the process went, probably 2 hours total, including the test drive. Fantastic experience! Thanks to Dominic, Cody and the finance manager ( sorry don’t remember his name) thanks again for your help.

I took our 2024 Atlas in for the factory service that was
I took our 2024 Atlas in for the factory service that was due. Very easy to schedule and when I arrived Matthew was nothing but amazing to work with. He kept me informed from when my car went into the shop until service was completed. Even had the car washed.

Got me in on the same day for unscheduled oil change
Got me in on the same day for unscheduled oil change which was great. However it took me 2.5 hours to get back my car with 2 people ahead of me. 30 min of which I was waiting for someone to bring me the keys when it was finished. The keys were just sitting on the cabinet for 30 mins...I appreciated the free car wash however. I recommend setting up a system for when the car is finished a person is insuring it's delivered to the driver instead of sitting there.

Lakeland VW is my go-to for vehicle care! Staff are personable, patient and knowledgeable. If they don't have an immediate answer, they get one and never leave me hanging! They understand how important clear communication is. Car drop off is very convenient. Repairs and general maintenance of my vehicle is stellar, not to mention they wash it before I arrive to pick it up. I always trust that my vehicle is in good hands! I highly recommend!
