Very easy on negotiating the deal and fast.

While traveling through Arkansas we ran into some issues

While traveling through Arkansas we ran into some issues with the tire sensors on my car. We pulled into Gwatney Buick GMC and the service team lead by Tim Elton was nothing short of fantastic. They got us in and out within 20 minutes. The sensors in the tires of my car decided to malfunction. Tim and his team reprogrammed them, checked and aired up the tires in no time flat and had us back on the road in no time. We were expecting to have to buy new sensors and have the tires rebalanced, but the guys at Gwatney saved us a ton of money and saved our road trip from financial difficulty. We tried to give them a tip of appreciation, and they refused. So, THANK YOU TIM AND CREW for saving us and our trip. We didn't even have to get out of the car!!

As a woman I felt taken advantage of

As a woman my experience with them has horrible! They had my car for almost 6 weeks and returned it worst than It was when I dropped it off. There is a loud clicking noise coming from the left wheel it sounds very unsafe to drive, they were aware that I would be traveling and sent me packing with no offer to correct the situation. Tim in the service department admitted to me that they were in contact with something that could have caused my issue. I feel unsafe and fearful to drive this car after allowing them to “repair” it they received almost $10,000 from my insurance and basically said screw me after they received payment. I have informed my insurance, my family and friends that rode in the car prior to them taking possession of it that should I be involved in a accident to sue if anything happens to me. Please beware of this dealership. I now have other issues only 24 hours after receiving my car that were not present before taking my car to them. They seem to only car about money and not people, my services were rendered by Rashaun in collision and Tim in the service department. Women Please Beware!!! PS will in the lobby could hear senior staff on the phone with another customer with similar dissatisfaction and her saying you could sue use but imagine all the court fee you’ll have

Gwatney - no after-sale service

We have been looking to order a high-end Yukon from multiple dealers but availability has not been great. This dealer (Gwatney - referred to us by a friend) got one in off the truck and we drove down that day and purchased it that day. Since then, service after the sale has been non-existent. We wanted to order $3000-$4000 worth of parts with no contact. You'd think buying a $100,000 vehicle from a dealership would give you some after-the-sale concierge or at least a call to see how everything was going. We won't be back, nor will we refer anyone to this dealership.

Car problem

I brought my car in because it wasn?t starting well, it was always acting like it was about to stop working. When I brought my car in the service person said the two codes came up and then I would need to leave my car for a day or two because of those codes. I ended up getting a rental car, which fortunately worked out at four my side that I had an extended warranty that covered it, but had I not had that I?ve been very upset.After a day with my rental car, they called and said to come pick up my car that there wasn?t anything wrong with it except low voltage. So nothing was done but I still ended up having to pay a fee, which seemed unfair.

Be Happy with your Purchase

Know what you want? Then go straight to Tank Davidson he the man. Had a very nice buying experience. This is the 1st experience I felt like I was not pushed to get a car I didn't want just for a sell. When I first met my salesman I was looking and I had been to the car lot about 3 times doing straight drive-byes. I didn't want to talk to anyone. When I did finally stop Tank asked me what I wanted and I told and he gave me his card, I told him my situation and he said when you ready come back a month before you want it and we will sit down and get you what you. After my own research I gave him a list of what I did want and now everything is history. Thanks so much!
