I would NOT buy a car from this dealership. Post-purchase they are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They hid a defected sunroof from me at time of purchase and refuse to fix it themselves or provide a rebate for a fix. I traveled 60 miles to this dealership and would never do it again. 0/10 experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Do not waste your time!

Never buy cars from there !
Never buy cars from there ! So I bought my car 40 days ago. The car was inspected, they assured that everything is fine. A month later, it turned out that the cooling system was in poor condition and that most likely the mechanic who checked the car knew about it. Now it costs $ 1,700 to repair the car and replace damaged parts. When I called the dealership, they said that they could not help with anything, it is not our responsibility, although the contract stated that I can get 50% of the amount from the repair if I drove less than 1000 miles. They said to call a mechanic who also refused to help. As a result, I have to spend $ 1700 on repairs because I cannot drive because the engine is overheating. In addition, I was told that they sold me a car with very bad tires and bad oil, although they assured me that they had only changed the oil to a new one. I am so sorry that I turned to this dealer..

Sold car from under me with no notice
I used sams club auto buying program and found a car I was interested in at Sports and imports in Pasadena. I got a quote sent to my email for this vehicle printed it out. I contacted the dealer to set up an appt for a test drive. I sat down with sales person after driving it and said I was definitely interested and just needed to know how much they would give me for a trade in. He said that Gus the owner was not there and when he returned we could set something up. I offered to give a down payment so the car would not be sold. He said this was not necessary since it needed to go to the shop to have the AC worked on. So I followed him to the repair shop right down the street gave him a ride back to the dealer with the understanding I would stand by to hear when repairs where completed and I could return to purchase the car. He informed the next day the car would cost an additional $1000 I said Ok and let me know when I can come in to buy and have my car appraised. We set up an appt for the next day when I arrived I was informed that it had already been sold. I saw it relisted On the website for 2000$ more than the original quote I had printed out. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, exactly why used car salesman have a bad reputation.

Save the Trip!
Traveled over 45 miles to see this Volvo on the lot that the salesman kept bugging us to come see. We get there to test drive and the vechicles back tires would not move when you put them in drive. They were locked up. The sales guy had no idea what was going on. I can’t believe they didn’t test the car before we arrived. Also the car was supposed to be inspected however the back tail light was busted and when we pointed it out they said well you know how young help can be??? Needless to say it was a waste of time and extremely disappointing. Make sure you have someone look over the car before you buy anything from this place. We were trying to support the little guys but not worth it in this case.

Excellent experience
Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

My 18 year old son stopped in to look at a 2015 dodge truck he saw on internet to be told he was young with expensive tastes and probably not much credit. The two sales people gave him a card and said call with any questions never offering to even unlock the door on the truck much less allowing a test drive. Needless to say he left disgusted after wasting his time, went to another dealer and purchased a nicer more expensive truck the next day from a salesman who took the time to find out he had excellent taste and excellent credit. With many more vehicles to purchase in his lifetime Sports and Imports just lost a customer for life. Thought you guys should.

i had wrote a review before and it was not good. i just got home from trading in my trouble car. i got a 2014 car with only 47,000 miles. way better then my last purchase! these guys are great. gus and jimmy are so great! they really helped me out alot and they really worked with me and they did there best to make sure i was satisfied and happy! i truly am very happpy with my service today and i can honestly say i left there a satisfied customer with a reliable vehicle for me and my kids. i highly recomend them to anyone and i will most certainly be using them for future purchases.
