Why did I call????

I live 50 miles away, was interested in a vehicle for my business, something inexpensive since it probably will get used a lot, was told about this place, So I looked at their website and decided to give them a call. Only know them by their phone and website etiquette. Sorry I wasted my time. First time, I used their so called "inquiry" on their website a week ago, never heard back. I then called today, was put on hold for 3 minutes, came back asked me what I was looking at on the website. Told him 2 different 2004 vehicles and gave him his own stock #'s. Said he would have to get back to me cause he didn't know the status of the vehicles, I said OK, Gave him my number and never heard back. Called 2 hrs later, some other guy answers the phone, I told him what happened, he asked which ones I was interested in, I told him, he said "Sold and Sold. Anything else???" Never asked me if he could help me out with some thing else. No professionalism at all. His tone was like a phone call was a big inconvenience to him.

Happy customer

I just bought my second car from them in less than a year. They move alot of cars so do not wait to long or it will be gone. Talk to Ted and tell him Jeff B. sent you.

I never heard back from anyone

I showed interest in a 2500 Chevy and never heard back from anyone so I would give customer service 0 and everything else is not applicable.

Great to deal with ... for several years now!

Just purchase SECOND car from Chicago Motors. This deal was as good as the first which was 2 Years ago. Negotiated the price, delivery was excellent, and any issues upon arrival were taken care of!! CAR WAS AS ADVERTISED !! and they kept their word. Just to note ... I bought BOTH cars without ever seeing them in person ... only pictures and asking questions! Also ... be patient! These guys work too ... they replied to every 'nagging' question I had. Thanks again! mda

Eager to please, honesty and integrity.

These guys were eager and ready for me to test drive the truck that we discussed over the phone. The engine light came on, during the test drive. The team worked on the truck, and then took it to a dealership, and got the engine light issue fixed. I then proceeded to purchase the truck. Great job! Thanks, Team.

Poor Phone Service

I live out of state, I called to get some feed back on a Chevy Truck. When I called the person on the phone kept referring me to their website. I was already at their site which is why I was calling. He seemed very lazy and didn't want to do any of the leg work. I am glad I talk to him on the phone, the way he represented his company I would have made a huge mistake purchasing a truck from them.

Best Dealership Ever

Family owned business. As far as customer service and quality of the vehicle, they hit this process on the head of the nail. This was the best experience ever. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say they treated me with the most respect. They valued meas a customer and treated me that way from the trip from the airport to the dealership and once I left. I received a follow up call to ensure everything was okay. If you are seriously interested in purchasing a Chevy Tahoe, I strongly suggest you purchase from this dealership.
