My sales rep Romi was excellent. I contacted the dealer regarding a very particular used car they took on trade in. I was hunting for this particular car with the right options for months. As an out of state buyer, Romi took great care of me. He made the process painless, communicated often, and went above and beyond with my requests. The dealer's BMW service team was also excellent, and very helpful with helping me inspect the car, and made sure it was running great, maintenance was all sorted, and the car was also nicely detailed.

I was only in town for thanksgiving to see family when my car had issues. The dealership was pretty busy but they made time to fit me in. Lindsey was the one responsible with helping me and communicating with me about my car. She did such a wonderful job and was so kind through the stressful process. I really appreciated all that she did for me to get my car back in time for me to leave the island!

Waiting time for boiler plate paperwork completion was
Waiting time for boiler plate paperwork completion was unacceptable. This for a car I ordered four weeks ago.I see no reason to wait over two hours to sign boiler plate forms when buying a car for cash without even mentioning the fact that I could not get the registration until the next day and at that point it was the registration for the car that had been turned in.

Hesitant to go to a BMW dealership, but what a pleasant surprise. Best dealership service experience I’ve had. prompt friendly service and fairly priced compared to independent shops. Will definitely bring my bimmer back to HIlton Head BMW.

Was purchasing my X3 after a 3-yr lease. Also servicing and a ding repair. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Took a little longer than I expected, but everything was done well. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a BMW.
