Hilton Head BMW was excellent to work with on my trade and purchase of a 2026 BMW. My salesperson, Mya, was a joy to work with and turned the negotiations into a pleasant experience. When I picked up my new car, Mya was waiting with the paperwork and then presented the car to me with a big red ribbon on it. Everyone I met and worked with was pleasant, courteous and helpful. I could not have asked for a better sales experience. I haven’t had it serviced yet, so no comments on that at all …. but the car was beautifully detailed and delivered in perfect condition.
