Buyer beware. Several thousands of dollars to fix a coolant leak on a kia sportage I bought from them. I couldn't even get an extension to pay for the useless warranty that they sold me that doesn't cover my coolant issues. A couple of sociopaths got together, started selling cars, and don't care after you sign on the dotted line. Don't buy anything here without having it thoroughly checked out first. I learned my 12 thousand dollars mistake. I also reported their so-called inspection mechanic to the state for passing illegal cars. Forgot to mention the back brakes don't even exist, with a new inspection sticker. They seem like nice people until AFTER you sign for your car

I have had two of the best experiences at Car Starz. I have purchased two vehicles that have been amazing. They are so easy to work with and everyone is so nice. They do anything they can to make sure that you have a hassle free experience.

I had been to several dealers and they kept telling me NO, we can't get you a car loan. I was feeling hopeless, I was on the way back to my apartment when I drove by Car Starz. Everyone is Approved the sign said. I just continued on my way home. The next day I built up enough courage to call. After speaking to Brandon he said give me 15 minutes to process your application and I'll call you back. He called me less than TEN MINUTES later and said, Cassandra, I have your loan all worked out. I know you wanted to be at 300 a month for the payment but I got it down to 262, I hope that is ok. Now thanks to Brandon I can get my kids to and from all the obligations they have without fear of breaking down. I would never shop anywhere else. Thanks Brandon

I bought my second truck threw truckmart they told me the truck was serviced and ready to go. We got there at 9 am and left at 6 pm test drove the truck radio did not work they said they would fix it said they put a new one in that was a lie.took the truck to my mechanic to have fluids changed very little tranmission fliud in the truck front rear has pieces of thrust washer in it so the truck being serviced was a lie.I was told to stay away i wish i had

I called this dealer looking for a Honda civic. They had the perfect one available! The dealer called me on a Tuesday night and said that a few people had been looking at the car and he wanted to know if I was still interested. I said that I most definitely was and I would be out the following morning to see the car. I called him in the morning before I left to make sure the car was still available - he said that it was. Just as a last precaution I asked him if I should come out and see it and his exact words were "yea come on out". Shippensburg is 2 hours from my house. I get to the Shippensburg exit and call for directions and, only then, does he tell me that he sold the car to someone else. He had my cell phone number and had called me the previous night to ask if I wanted the car. Why he didn't call me and tell me he made the sale BEFORE i had completed the 2 hour drive for no reason is beyond me! As expected I was initially furious. A simple apology or maybe suggestion of how else he could help or what else he could offer would have made the situation completely different. However, he never once apologized and, when confronted, his simple response was "I told you other people were looking at it". Do not buy your vehicle from Truck Mart if you want to buy from a dependable dealership and honestly cares about it's customers.
