Awsome experience, definitly love my car ! Rich took care of everything didnt have any problems and was in and out with a new vehicle in a few hours. Everyone in the building was helpful and attentive.

Have you ever stepped out of a car dealership in less than 2 hours? 3 hours? And felt like you got exactly what you wanted and at a great price? Rich has made the process of purchasing a vehicle fun, friendly, and professional. I have personally purchased more than 15 vehicles and I have never gone through such a painless process before. From arriving, test driving, and paperwork, we were out of there in an hour. Call him up, email the business, and you will not be disappointed. We will be calling Rich for our next vehicle for sure.

Found truck on autotrader and called Rich and spoke to him a couple times before I drove from Tallahassee to buy truck. Everything he told me was spot on about the truck. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable about driving four hours to buy it. Did not feel like he was just trying to sell me a vehicle. When I got there I realized my bank had made a mistake on my cashiers check but Rich worked with me and the bank and still let me take truck home and bank said they would over night a new check to him. Needless to say it took the bank three days to get it to him and he never complained or acted like it was a problem. This place is a true class act! I would highly recommend Thurston Auto Sales to anybody looking to buy a vehicle or RV. They know what customer service is all about, something most places have forgotten! The truck is amazing and I will look to them the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle or RV. Well worth the drive and the price was great also. This is not your normal car dealership and I know because I have dealt with a lot before this!

After searching for a vehicle for our teenage son for 10 days, this excellent Jeep Liberty came on the market. We made the drive from Tallahassee to check it out. Rich was willing to meet with us by special appointment. He gave us a fair deal and the process was incredibly quick and easy. After all around excellent customer service from Rich Thurston, we drove home with a very happy teen in a safe, reliable vehicle. We look forward to shopping at Thurston's again in the future.

We were looking for an SUV, and to trade in our used vehicle. Thurston's was a friendly, simple dealer to work with. They gave us a good trade in amount on our used car. Their dealer fees were less then other dealers. We would buy another car from them, and would recommend them to our friends.

Calm and easy. That was the experience with Thurston's. It was the last thing I thought I would ever experience at a car dealership. Rich told us what he needed and he got the deal done. In all the years of buying vehicles. this was definitely the best experience ever. Will definitely be back for the next vehicle.

Found Thurston via car search. Met with Rich on a Sunday and he was able to let us test drive and handled everything that day! We drove off with our purchase within 1 to 1-1/2 hours after getting there. Entire experience was excellent and I will buy my next car through them in future as well as recommend them to family and friends looking for a quality used car.
