Do not buy a vehicle from this company AND DO NOT WORK
Do not buy a vehicle from this company AND DO NOT WORK WITH SHOLA PETERS. I bought my vehicle online and had it shipped to me. Once I received the vehicle I immediately noticed several really problematic things about the vehicle (see below). What is more frustrating is that after the sale was complete SHOLA completely ghosted me. no calls. no texts. no responses to my concerns about the vehicle. I tried to email management about the return policy and no response. I called several times and was told "someone will get back to you". Here were the issues when the vehicle arrived: -Only 1 window was tinted and the tint in the back window was completely warped so badly that you cannot see out of it. - You only provided one key. -The center console is completely warped and damaged. -The tire sensor has an issue. When I took it to the mechanic they told me there we no sensors in ANY OF THE TIRES! -The wrap of the vehicle is horribly scratched both on the front bumper and rear bumper. - horrible customer service from Shola DO NOT SHOP HERE! There are tons of other high end shops in the area who have integrity.

I bought a 2019 Mini Cooper from The Taverna Collection
I bought a 2019 Mini Cooper from The Taverna Collection and Palm Beach Mitsubishi after admiring it online. I was given a video tour and was assured that the car had no hidden problems. It did have a large dent on the hood which I was aware of. I was sent a video tour that left out other major dents and problems with the car. I was treated wonderfully until the contract was signed. The car arrived and I've been trying to contact the dealership for 3 days regarding the problems and to begin a return, which will cost me a fortune, but no one will return my calls or emails. My experience with Palm Beach Mitsubishi and The Taverna Collection has left me sickened, frustrated and at a loss for words. I would NOT recommend working with them. The pictures attached are of the damage that was left out of the sales details. Not to mention the hood wont close properly so the light on the dashboard wont go off..

Complete and utter horrible experience.
Complete and utter horrible experience. I would never recommend this dealer if my life depended on it. I have been nothing but lied to since day one, multiple delays shipping the vehicle, never being notified on when or if I was receiving it, was lied to on the reasons as to what was going on as the logistics manager and sales man apparently cannot keep their stories straight. They said they were fixing the “exhaust” that was the only thing it needed, and the paint was perfect. I receive the car late, the exhaust wasn’t fixed as it is loud and illegal for this state as it’s a aftermarket exhaust with no cats, the car was sent I repeat sent from the dealer missing a noticeable body panel, the car shakes uncontrollably while driving, the suspension is having a malfunction, the car came with a huge scratch down the side of it that can’t be fixed without paint work as it’s a matte finish and can’t be buffed. The car was sent and approved like this by the logistics team as I have the supporting documents to prove so. No one wants to get back to me, I’m without a car now three days as this is undrivable. Update: I just got the cars inspection report and estimate it’s going to cost 18,285.21 dollars to get this up to the states inspection standards. I can’t believe this. The original hiccup with waiting for this car was JC told me they had to put the cats on. They didn’t do that at all. Just more evidence of the lies. I’m really hoping the company makes this right.

Taverna did not sell me a car — they knowingly sold me a death trap! Many months ago I paid *in full* for a 2014 BMW 328i. The saleswoman assured me it was in excellent condition and only needed an oil change, which they would do before they shipped it. She also assured me, as an out-of-state buyer, that I would have a 7-day/300-mile peace of mind period so my mechanic could inspect the car; if I was unhappy with the car for good reason, I could RETURN it for a FULL REFUND, and I would pay to ship it back to them. Four days after the car’s arrival, our trusted BMW mechanic informed me that the car’s undercarriage and subframe were deeply embedded in rust and advised me to return the car. The saleswoman, of course, did not at *any* point during our many discussions mention the insane amount of rust. But when I emailed her that day to say I was returning the car, she promptly ghosted me, and then GM NICK BOUSTEAD took over all comms with me. NICK BOUSTEAD said there was NO return/refund policy; only offered an exchange for another car. Laughable — as if I’d do *more* business with him when they intentionally scammed me with this rust bucket! Meanwhile, the notorious check engine light came on, and I ended up taking the car to three more mechanics for three different reasons. All four mechanics (the local BMW dealership included) said/showed to me that the undercarriage and subframe are so deeply embedded in thick rust that (1) even performing a simple alignment would cause too many components to break, ultimately costing more to repair than the car’s value! (2) many components are already cracking and will start breaking on their own (3) most importantly, the car is STRUCTURALLY UNSAFE and I could never rely on it to perform as it should if I were to get into an accident! Take a moment … and just imagine the type of people who would *intentionally* (1) deceive a customer, (2) sell an unsafe car to the customer, and (3) renege on the agreed-upon return/full refund deal. Disgraceful, shameless, ruthless, lying crooks — the whole lot of them. Listen up, prospective buyers, wherever you are in the US: ** BELIEVE THE 1-STAR REVIEWS ** DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY WAY WITH THE TAVERNA COLLECTION

Cuban mafia advise caution!
Horrible management, fake reviews, So disrespectfully
Horrible management, fake reviews, So disrespectfully dishonest it's unreal. Car was not in the condition they claimed. Hood didn't even open So how would they do it an inspection. When I got the hood open there were parts missing underneath. It's too risky to do business with this company I strongly advise shopping elsewhere no matter how cheap the cars here are It's not worth the panic and stress they will put you through.

Horrible management.
Horrible management. Disgustingly dishonest salesman. To be brief one of the hundred things Justin did wrong to me was lying about the damage of the car. He walked around a car on the phone with me opening and shutting doors pretending to do an inspection I asked him to open the hood and see if there was a charger, He opened a hood and said I'm sorry there's no charger with this car and shut the hood. When I received the car it had been in an accident and the hood didn't even open he was not inspecting the car he was selling me. Finally once I got the hood open there was a charger in it Go figure. He lied about everything he told me And then ghosted me as soon as He got my money leaving me scared to death I have been robbed or scammed. Even after I received the car I was worried I had bought it from a chop shop. I do not recommend! not at all!

My son was shopping for a vehicle online and found a car
My son was shopping for a vehicle online and found a car he was interested in purchasing online at Cargurus.com. The Taverna Collection in West Park Florida had the vehicle listed on Cargurus that he was interested in and Cargurus redirected his inquiry about the vehicle availability directly to the dealership. He was contacted by one of the sales associates who said it was available. Th salesman sent a video of the vehicle and told my son that there had been many inquiries about this car so he should act fast. We completed a credit application for financing online and were contacted by the sales associate the next day to say that "he had good news" and the credit app was approved with a good finance rate. Later that day, me, my husband, and my son communicated with a sales associate from the dealership via phone to review the loan rates, vehicle cost, and associated contracts that they emailed to us. The experience was sketchy and we should have known right away that this was not legit, as they had calculated the incorrect sales tax into the loan and asked for pictures of the social security cards used for the credit app. Any time my husband questioned the charges on the sales contract, the sales associate was rude and did not clearly explain what the charges were for. It was frustrating and confusing and we were not willing to sign any contract at that point. We had difficulty viewing the contracts they emailed. When the sales associate was questioned about navigating from one contract to the next to review the information without clicking "sign here" he was short and rude and made us feel ignorant. He stated the only way you could get from one contract to the next was to click "sign here" to provide an electronic signature before you could view additional contracts that were sent. When we questioned the sales associate about navigating the documents without actually providing an electronic signature, he became rude and was very curt with his responses. Since we had so many questions and wanted to thoroughly review the sale contract, the sales associate said he would hold the car if we were willing to pay a fee of $500 that would be refundable if we did not purchase the vehicle or be used toward the cost of the vehicle if we did make the purchase. Because we were uncomfortable with the financial contracts and wanted to review them closely before signing, we made the payment using a credit card. We also asked about making a partial cash payment if we purchased the vehicle and he said that we would need to wire the dealership the cash payment. I later investigated wiring money to a business and learned that there is no recourse once you wire money and there is no way to get your money back from a business once this is done. Later that evening, the sales associate kept texting my son, not me or my husband, to pressure us into signing the contracts before midnight, but we did not. The next day, I contacted the sales associate two times via text message and did not receive a response. Then I contacted him two days after and he still did not respond. Since he stopped responding to us, I asked that a credit be made to my credit card for the hold fee on the car since he would no longer communicate with us and it was obvious that the "hold" was not honored sine he was unwilling to communicate with us. Five days later the transaction "hold fee" posted on my credit card, which I have disputed via my credit card company. It makes me sick to think that we shared any personal information with this dealership, as I'm quite sure that there is nothing legit about them. They are pushy and do not provide explanations about anything related to the financial agreements they provide and I'm so grateful that this did not go further than it did because I'm sure we would have lost thousands of dollars had we made the purchase. Do Not buy a car from this dealership - it's a SCAM!
