Car broke down after 2 months of owning. Owner said he only offers a 2 day 500 mile warranty. He said he was going to find me a cheap mechanic and never heard from him again

We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot in excellent condition at a great price. This dealership was flexible with us and helped us purchase the vehicle in a very short period of time. We will definitely go back to purchase future vehicles! They have a good selection of nice vehicles.

Second time buying from this dealership, bought 2015 BMW 328i few years back for my 18 years old son then. Just got myself low miles Land Rover Discovery from Qahtan. This dealership is one of the easiest to deal with, with good selection of luxury vehicles. Qahtan was very helpful both times, not only did he go above and beyond for my family, but he made us feel comfortable to take our time without any pressure. Went thier with cash in hand, looked at the 2009 Challenger that looked great from the road but man was I surprised when I walked up to it! Front tires are dry rotted, all the rubber on all the trim is dry rotted, rear speakers were blown, seat was ripped and other than many other issue's the service engine light was on and tire pressure light was on! The guy showing me the car looked to be the car cleaner for the lot and even though I told him I had cash I got nothing. The car has 150,000 miles on it and the front end is falling off but they are asking 10,999 for this 6,000 xxxxx.! The bad reviews are the ones to pay attention to because all of them that I saw were very accurate. I mean seriously I had cash and the guy said they would have to fix the engine light, really!!! What shop does that, if I pay in cash I take it home with me. Obviously their plan is to reset the engine light and then in a day or two when it comes back on they will refuse to fix it like they have done to many other's. Don't buy here!!!

I went to JQ Motor Sports...the location on 22nd...This dealership is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable, I went there with my husband to purchase a car for him and I ended up looking at a truck that caught my eye so we both purchased a vehicle and they made it so easy and fast the owner got both of us approved and was very helpful with everything and answered all of our questions....and I also want to add he is very honest...he has great running cars...so if you are looking for a great used car go there. This is the place to go for a used nice car, he will help you get in a car he will not sell you a bad car because my husband asked about a car he liked and the owner told him he will not sell him that car cause it's no good...he is very honest!!!

I visited this dealership, I was greeted by the owner. Easy experience, no pressure whatsoever. I got my vehicle from them after two months looking for the right car/ deal. Car is an excellent condition and great price. I would definitely be a repeated customer and recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2010 BMW on 9/22/2020 from JQ Motorsports. Within ten days the Hub tire system failed and the tire flew off while I was driving the vehicle. The vehicle was within the warranty and JQ took his time in repairing the problem and ran out two weeks of my warranty time. Finally he repair the car . I pick the vehicle up on 10/31/2020. On 11/05/2020 , I saw oil leaking from the engine and the car would not start. I called JQ again he said not my problem no more warranty time. I am stuck with a car payment and no car to drive. He sold me a junker . His cars look great on the out side but maybe junk. Go to a certified dealership and get you a real good running vehicle. I am 20 years old and saved for a entire year to purchased my first car on my own. JQ knows he sold me a junk car. I reached out more than several times he won't call me back.

Got a Jeep Wrangler from here, it’s been a great vehicle addition to our family . Qahtan is an easy person to work with. Very happy

We purchased a 2013 VW GTI from JQ Motorsports and it has been a terrible experience. Within 2 miles from driving off the lot, the check engine light came on so we took it back and were told it was a faulty O2 sensor which supposedly they fixed. We picked the car up and within a day the check engine light came back on. We took the car back to them and were lied to but finally told again that it was a bad O2 sensor and it was fixed after them having the car for two weeks. Once again, not even a day later the check engine light is back on, this time I paid out of pocket to take it to a mechanic and was told that they illegally sold me a car with no catalytic converter. We called them and they were unwilling to do anything. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ILLEGALLY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAS COSTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX AND THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I hope I help someone avoid the nightmare me and my family have been through.

I bought a car from them , it threw a check engine code they have had the car for almost two weeks and still haven’t repaired it , they are taking the car to some bogus car mechanic probably to clear the code and brush me off
