By far one of the best car buying experiences we have had, and we have dealt with many dealerships over the years. They were very accommodating in working through some unique situations that we encountered. Larry Anthony in Sales is a pleasure to work with, and I know we will be back for future purchases.

Larry Anthony was a helpful and knowledgeable sale person. Over the years I have purchased 15 vehicles from several dealerships, this buying experience was the most enjoyable and relaxing experience of them all. The entire staff were very respectful, kind and courteous.

Recently purchased a 2014 Subaru outback from Ryan at Apple in Northfield. Ryan, Justin and Brent were a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, clear pricing and my daughter and I were treated like people not just another customer. Thank you guys! No doubt some good fellas!

When Northfield did not have what I wanted he went to a sister Apple Auto store and found what I wanted and quickly. He is a steady no pressure guy. He treated me as if I were buying a new 40 K Camero when I was buying used. I will be back to find Art when my next car is needed!

My husband and I were looking for a pre owned vehicle and not having much luck. We ended up checking out Apple Autos in Northfield and had a great experience from the time we got there. They had a very good selection of what we were looking for and the staff was helpful without being pushy. The sales employee we worked with was Rich Hervieux. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and really did go above and beyond what we had expected and what we've experienced from other sales people in the past. Rich took very good care of us and made sure we had all of our questions answered, he was very laid back while at the same time was very professional.

Rich Hervieux is an awesome guy to have as a sales person. He takes very good care of his customers and goes above and beyond. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with especially at dealerships nowdays.

Service department did a great job updating software for infotainment screen. (Blank screen after startup.) After updates they went over operation of everything, making sure system was 100%. System is much faster now, no waiting for the backup camera to come on. A big thumbs up to Cory and crew techs in service.

Ty was amazing! He took the time to explain what was happening with our Buick. He spent time making sure it was fixed before we picked it up. Never once did we get the "I'm to busy or there is nothing wrong with your car" attitude from him. He spent time explaining in detail what they did and why it was happening. Thank you Ty! You have made me a loyal customer of Apple Chev/Buick.
