Jason was awesome and communicated amazingly and answered every question I had. Especially with CDK being down, he really expedited the whole process and made is enjoyable. The management definitely need to be more hands on with getting customers paperwork organized and completed in a timely manner. I left my house in Fall River MA at 6:45am to be at the dealership at 9:00am. Jason had everything he could ready to sign and process until the financing team arrived, which didn’t arrive until 11:00am. I understand he had vehicle troubles but there should be a sales manager who can and is willing to assist when a problem occurs. Not just the whole process coming to a complete halt. Jason stepped up to the plate and made sure everyone was getting things done as quick as possible and even going to the RMV himself to process the registration..
