City Side Auto Sales

Could be the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced. Promises false delivery dates, false prices, gets angry at YOU when you mention anything. Won't show any compassion or apologize for his mistakes. Then, after you've been waiting for months, refuses to sell to you!? Look at the pics and judge for yourself.

I know Scott since he started the business and wvey time I needed a car I called him and car was ready to go .I Did not even look at car before I bought it .I trust scoot with my eye close.

I flew out from Illinois to get the perfect car they had the best price across the states, and throughout the over the phone and in person process they were nothing but amazing and helpful scott and dustin basically treated me like a best friend. Thank you for the jetta!

Scott was a delight to work with. Due to the distance from our home it took numerous dates to finally have the time to drive up to Leesport, Pa. Scott was not only patient his gracious reception brought smiles. The Jetta was just as it was described to us and the purchase process was both quick and easy. I have been going to City Side Auto for all my car need since I moved to Reading in 1996. Bought my first car after college from these guys and have never been more happy with a decision since. I have since bought other cars from other dealers but have stayed loyal to City Side because I trust them with all my car needs. When a dealer tells me something about any of my cars I call City Side and my wife knows to call City Side before allowing then to touch any of our cars(15 Audi A5, 10 VW cc, 91 BMW 325i, 00 VW Jetta). My family and friends come from near and far to either buy a car from City Side or have work done that they can trust will be done right and for a fair price. I don't know to what city side the other user took his car to, but my 91 BMW passes inspection every year and is not too old for them to work on. Until 4 years ago my sister's 85 golf was passing inspection also. Don't be swayed by some cranky customer who just wanted to get over and get his sticker. These guys are the best and I can't say that enough!!!

I purchased my first car from City Side Auto almost 6 years ago and have been going there ever since. My car is reliable and every repair ever done on it has been at City Side. While working two jobs and going to school full-time on top of that, Dustin and Scott at City Side have never failed to fit me in and take the time out of their busy day to accommodate my schedule. Any emergency I have they go above and beyond to look at my car as soon as possible and keep me updated every step of the way. As for customer service, they have proven their honesty and reputability with me time and time again. They always take as much time as needed to explain to me exactly what broke, what they recommend, how to fix it, and why it cost what it did. If you're looking for a local small business to purchase a car from, or take your repairs to, I would definitely recommend City Side Auto Sales. They are knowledgeable, timely, reasonable, and friendly...what more could you ask for?

City Side Auto always has nice cars are reasonable prices, We have purchased all of our cars from them. They stand by their cars. We also use them for our service work. Dustin really knows his stuff especially German cars, and Dodge trucks. So fair in their pricing and honest about the work they do. We have kept our vehicles longer than we ever have because City Side Auto sells good cars, and we can trust their service.
