The work on our 2014 Mini was performed as expected
The work on our 2014 Mini was performed as expected however the shocking labor charge of $927. for a total of 4 hours that the job took is outrageous: $234. per hour!!! Further, they did not have a plastic door handle push bottom, about 1” x 1.5” so we ordered it and the part was $52.77 and shipping to us for us to install, was $35. If you are considering the purchase of a new Mini, as we are, be aware of the outlandishly high maintenance and repair costs. Again, we were given accurate quotes about the repairs but still hard to comprehend the total amount. . B. Frazier Savannah, GA

BMW C3 M50 Ron and Helen McCall This is our first BMW purchase, and we are very happy with our experience at Tom Bush BMW. We were fortunate to be guided through this process by Bobby, who impressed us immediately with his knowledge of the BMW vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Bobby spent so much time showing us features of the car and answering all of our questions. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Our car was built to our specifications and we finalized the sale yesterday. After another tutorial with Bobby (personalizing our care to us), we drive our beautiful new BMW home! Chad wasn't in office when we picked up our car. The initial reason for the service was to correct a safety recall. upon returning home we didn't see any indication that the recall work had been done. After numerous calls to Chad we haven't received a response. So at the present time we aren't happy. Brian Wirz

I lease a '23 iX and Zack from Tom Bush texted me out of the blue asking if I like to change it out for a '25 same model. Long story short, I went in and came out driving a new '25 iX. Pain free and easy. Thanks Zack and the whole Tom Bush team!
