I inquired via cars.

I inquired via cars.com inputted all my info email phone number trade info etc and they never contacted me at all. It’s been a week now. No need to do business with someone like this. Guess they are busy enough.

Great experience!

Honestly had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Came in just searching for a used car for my son and we didn’t end purchasing a car at the time but I definitely will recommending this dealership to my peers!

Wonderful experience!

Awesome Staff at Reedman Toll Chevy Springfield

Another Day Wasted

I recently purchased a 2018 Impala from your dealership. I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase as I was unaware I was sold a 3-year warranty. I recently came back to the dealership to get more info about the warranty, which I was directed by a sales manager I get free inspections and oil changes. This is the only reason why I decided to bring it back to the dealership and not take my business anywhere else. I was told my inspection failed because the motor mounts needed to be changed. Now understanding my warranty options, I proceeded with the work being done via pending approval for parts from the warranty company. I was hesitant to finish the work but decided to go with it anyway. As I waited for almost 7 hours to get my car back, I realized it was in worse condition than when I bought it. The car sounds like the motor mounts are either put on wrong or something is loose. Every bump is extra sensitive, and I feel unsafe driving the vehicle. My concern is that I was giving the car back in this condition. This morning on my way to AAA to pay for my renewal and then in to get the work done over, I get pulled over by a police officer. I received one ticket for a failed inspection and one access for failure to renew registration. The hassle of dealing with traffic citations could have been avoided if the work had been done right the first time. Im totally dissatisfied with the level of transparency and service I have received. Here almost 5 hours this time, to be told they forgot to put a sway bar link on the right driver's side of my car. Unbelievable how over priced they are!!! but almost 14 hours spent in their lobby in 2 days, two traffic citations that equal $300 in total and forgetting to change my oil about 3 times in the process, I would recommend taking your cars elsewhere.
