Cloninger Ford of Hickory is The Best

I went to NC to visit family, and have minor maintenance completed on my vehicle with no intention of purchasing a car. It was discovered that a replacement would be the most practical decision mechanically, financially and safety-wise. David Smith and the entire Cloninger Ford Hickory team made this transaction quick, smooth, and painless. I LOVE my Ruby Red 2014 Ford Edge! It has more bells and whistles than I every wanted or needed but I'm sure I'll adjust.

Car purchase

Loved dealing with Dillon Parker! No pressure and felt like he was very honest with us. He took time with us and never acted like he was in a rush to be done with us. We purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion and love it so far.

Great

I drop my car off to have the back glass resealed after a nine month leak and not finding an answer and the glass company said they wouldn't do it because it wasn't the problem and Rich spent four days trying to prove the guy wrong, which they was and Rich was awesome enough to have the guy come back out and reseal my glass find key should have done in the first place. I will however have to wait until it rains to find out what the problem is fixed completely.

Great service

Everything was great they worked with us really well. Only one thing they said they had another key for my car and that they would mail it,I have called and still have not received it.i really need the key.

John in sales

A 2014 Ford F150. The sales staff were friendly and allowed us to choose the truck we wanted without pressuring us. The finance person obtained a better interest rate than my own bank could offer. Our 2013 Certified pre-owned Ford Focus

We knew we had to get another automobile. So we went to Cloninger's just as soon as we got off of our work. We looked at one used Focus, but it didn't have all the options that we wanted. So our salesman, Dillon Parker, showed us the one we bought.It was perfect! Then we went in to see if we could get our payments where we wanted them. Everything worked out perfectly and we were in and out with our certified pre-owned car in under 2 hours. Awesome!

Our sales rep, David, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling and respectful in our conversations concerning the purchase.
