A enjoyable experience

There seems to be a new attitude at Plaza after purchasing the last two BMW's at another dealer we are now back with Plaza

Buy from Mike Kuhlmann

Mike was an excellent adviser and knows how to talk to customers without being pushy.. Buying the X% with him was actually the pleasant experience it is supposed to be. Laith too was most kind as the BMW Genius

The service was excellent.

The service as usual was excellent. This is my third time around and the sales team and finance team were great!

horrible dealership! !!!

I went there to test drive a vehicle and didn't even test drive it. The sales person was arrogant And acted like he was better then us. They were not willing to work with us on anything. I was going to trade my current vehicle in and they offered way less then what the vehicle was worth and over priced the vehicles they were selling. I'm completely dissatisfied with that place and I won't be returning!!! The sales Manger emailed after the fact and asked how things were going . I told him what happened and never heard anything back. Poor customer service.

Awesome experience!

Can't say enough about the level of service that Plaza provides. Have two BMW's that we purchased from Mike Kuhlman last year and our service advisor Ty Ancona goes above and beyond whenever service is needed, which is very rare by the way. Would highly recommend Mike & Ty if you are in the market for a BMW.

5 stars in every respect

I love cars and enjoy driving. I have owned over 75 cars in my life and this was the best buying experience I ever had. The sales staff was friendly and very low pressure. Brittany was very knowledgeable and let me take a long test drive. Including the test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in 70 minutes and on my way home with the car - they even offered to run out and get me lunch while I waited for my BMW to be washed. This is the pleasant experience you expect when you buy a premium car, but don't always get! 5 stars

Very good experience

I normally buy a car every year, sometimes new, sometimes used, and this was one of the best buying experiences I ever had with a dealership. Brittany was knowledgeable about BMWs and let me take the car on a nice long test drive. She was VERY low pressure and pleasant, and gave me a good price on the car without the back and forth dickering I've experienced at other dealerships. Up until this time I rated Lynch Hummer in a class by itself as a dealership when I bought my new 2006 H2, but this equaled or exceeded that experience and I've owned over 75 cars in my lifetime for myself and my family. They even offered to run out and get me a sandwich at Lions Choice while I was waiting for my car to be washed (5 stars for that). There was a salesman at Plaza BMW that owned an Oxford Green E39 M5 that talked with me and he knew more about BMWs than anyone I've ever talked with and I've been a BMW owner since 2000. I also liked the fact the showroom was bright and spotlessly clean!

Courteous, pleasant experience and very fair deal

Went there couple of times trying to replace my old 2004, 530i that I owned for ten years. Each visit was very pleasant because the sale person, Mike Kuhlmann, was very courteous and did let me test drive each vehicle I was interested in, with no pressures at all. Once I made decision which vehicle I want to get, the deal went through very quickly because they gave me fair price from my trade-in as well as the vehicle I picked was well priced. I picked the car the next day because I want to take old my car home and take-out any personal items without being rushed. The next day when I went back to pick my new car (a used 2009, 528Xi) Mike had it parked at the delivery driveway had it detailed / polished with full tank gas. I?m highly satisfied and my next car will be BMW and will definitely go back there. I highly recommend Plaza Motor BMW, of course Mike Kuhlmann. Trust me you won?t to be disappointed. Superior Service and Customer Service

I can't speak highly enough of the pleasant experience it always is in dealing with Plaza BMW and their top Service Rep, Ty Anacon. Whenever I've needed anything serviced for my car, I can call, and my call is returned promptly and professionally. Ty always goes that extra step in making sure you have the best customer service possible and is always so friendly and just a joy to deal with. Thank you so much!
