Car shopping at Shakers Kia was absolutely a great experience! All of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Rudy was sp easy to work with and he truly worked to help me get in the Sorento of my choice. His easy going personality and knowledge of carsa was greatly appreciated. The owner , Corey Shaker, was also extremely helpful and there for his customers needs. He went above and beyond what any other dealership would ever do. Shakers Kia definitely care about its customers!!

To preface, we probably would have given excellent ratings across the board if not for a slight oversight when the financing/contract portion came. Other than that, Matt Gilbert was a very knowledgable salesman and was helpful at every stage of the process. What was most significant was the fact that they were selling a great car (2015 Optima SXL Turbo) and that the whole staff, from owner down, was passionate about it. That was a good feeling. The car is sweet. So choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.
